This place is a gem located in the middle of everything. The service and the food is top notch. The restaurant staff is incredibly polite and made sure we had a perfect stay. They make the best sancocho ever

Very nice hotel everything was clean no complaints would recommend, but at the time their AC were not working they provided a fan but they did ask if I still wanted to stay because the ac wasn't working before I got my room.

Pleasant stay

It was a nice stay. The didn’t speak much English but we managed to communicate and the staff was super friendly. Very nice room and a fine breakfast. On the weekends, they have rooftop parties which you have to pay to attend. You could hear a bit of music, but I didn’t bother us that much. A pleasant stay :)

This is such a wonderful hotel — amazing views of Cali’s skyline, incredible breakfast options offered daily, and kind staff from housekeeping to front desk to the restaurant. I came here to write and was appreciative of the desk set up in the room and the natural light from the balcony. Can’t wait to be back in Cali, la capital de la salsa!

A good hotel to stay at in Cali with loads of dining options. Neighbourhood felt safe and well connected. Staff at the hotel were wonderful and always helpful. Rooms are clean and provide everything you would expect from a hotel at this level. Breakfast was good as well. Only suggestion would be more variety and options for the breakfast.

Property was so clean and breakfast was great. Staff very nice and helpful. It’s right by the river. 10-15 min anywhere with a cab. Cabs are everywhere and affordable 5-6 American dollars. Zoo is close and was great.

The management and staff as excellent but the immediate area around the hotel does not feel safe. The rooftop is also often rented out for private events - limiting access to this space. The hotel itself is average and staff are clearly doing the best with what they have. I would recommend searching for other options.

Great stay in Cali

My stay at Hotel Faranda Collection Cali was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Breakfasts were healthy and delicious. Although the room was on the small side, it was very stylish and clean, and the bed was comfortable. My only criticism was that I booked a superior room with a King bed and decided to take a standard room with a queen because the superior room had no balcony or view. This should made clear on the site.

I stayed in this hotel 2 times this year 2013, first time front door by the River, the lock knot was broke, second time the enter door to my room also needs to be repaired because it wasn’t locked, I just opened without my key.

My wife and I stayed for 1 night, and when we arrived there was no A/C. For a city like Cali, A/C must be needed as the weather is rainy and the humidity is high. We spend a terrible night dealing with the heat, even sleeping with the window open, we had no way to cool down the room.
