"Family owned business with genuine, honest, kind, and considerate staff/service. Honestly I did not know what to expect when arrived in Sarajevo but the hotel definitely made the experience even more memorable. The brothers at the desk literally helped with any and everything . The breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone who’s visiting Sarajevo for the first time. The family even helped with excursions around the city. They offered a lot of great tips for me...

"The staff, especially the lady at the front desk was highly professional and personable. Hotel could use a better ventilation system in the dining area. The area around the hotel was very safe, walkable and plenty of authentic food around, especially if you into pork cuisine. All in all, pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. "

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Right outside of the hotel there was an option to take the bus into town, to avoid trying to find parking and it was great. Their included parking was easy and safe. "
