This is the perfect hotel if you are looking for peace, cleanliness and friendliness. It is very close to the city center and has its own parking. With wonderful staff and a rich breakfast, you know you will come back again

Vila Harmony in Sarajevo is an excellent hotel. The location is up on the side of a hill and outside of the main tourist area of the city. You can easily walk in to see the sights or take the tram. There are some excellent dining locations nearby as well.

I loved everything about this place!

The hotel is extremely clean, the owners are so friendly, the breakfast was great, and I had a parking place for my motorcycle! It is also very close to the city center, and you have good wifi, looks just like in the pictures. I will be back, for sure.

Unfriendly attitude by staff

During check in we were told they are updating credit card system and can only pay cash!! Not sure why it takes days to update the system but my take is they want to save on the 2% Visa commission which is really inconvenient to guests. When trying to discuss the issue one of the check in staff was rather rude and even started to hit head with his hands...go figure!! On check out morning there was no running water at the hotel. We were told it's a matter of 30 mins but when we checked out the issue was still unresolved. Overall, our experience was just okay but probably next time we will stay closer to the city center.

Comfortable stay with amazing hosts

We visited Sarajevo for the first time, staying at Villa Harmony for the entire stay of five nights, which I would gladly do again. Here's why - The hotel is located on a hill only a couple of kilometers from the city which makes for a quiet stay with a nice view. Taxi to the city is very affordable at around 7KM (the currency, not the distance) to the old town. The rooms are clean, has comfortable beds and the air is good. They are equipped with AC and for the bathroom there's a hair dryer. Showers are clean and has good water pressure. For soap you get a 2 in 1 soap/shampoo. Breakfast which is included in the price is simple but sufficient and consisted of bread, salami and sausage, a couple of different cheese, yogurt, cereal, eggs (both scrambled and boiled), coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The best thing about this hotel however is most definitely the owners! They are super friendly and helpful and will gladly give you tips about things to see and do and they can help you arrange a taxi anywhere any time. In my work I stay at different hotels for around 100 nights per year all around Sweden and I don't recall ever encountering such helpful people. The same stands true for hotels I've visited around the world as well. I can highly recommend everybody visiting Sarajevo to consider Harmony. It is not luxurious but it is comfortable, clean and a very pleasant stay!

„Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service! Die Zimmer sind sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Harmony war einfach perfekt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Das ganze Team ist extrem nett, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Die Lage ist ideal: relativ zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen kann, und gleichzeitig ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen. Der Ausblick von der Unterkunft ist wirklich atemberaubend, besonders morgens und abends. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag frisch, vielfältig und sehr lecker. Und das Beste: alles ist Halal. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt, und bis 22 Uhr gibt es sogar jemanden, der Deutsch spricht. Ansonsten klappt es problemlos auf Englisch, und eigentlich versteht man sich mit jedem Mitarbeiter sofort. Die Kommunikation war immer unkompliziert und angenehm. Außerdem kann die Rezeption jederzeit ein Taxi rufen. Die Fahrt in die Old Town kostet nur etwa 5 €, super praktisch! Ein weiteres Highlight: Das Hotel bietet einen Transfer vom Flughafen für nur 20 € an. Absolut fair, denn die Taxis direkt am Flughafen sind deutlich teurer. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Die Besitzer sind extrem aufmerksam und achten auf jedes Detail, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Insgesamt ist die Villa Harmony ein Geheimtipp: perfekte Mischung aus Herzlichkeit, Komfort und traumhafter Lage. Wir haben uns selten

Family owned business with genuine, honest, kind, and considerate staff/service. Honestly I did not know what to expect when arrived in Sarajevo but the hotel definitely made the experience even more memorable. The brothers at the desk literally helped with any and everything . The breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone who’s visiting Sarajevo for the first time. The family even helped with excursions around the city. They offered a lot of great tips for me and my family.

The staff was super nice and accomodating. They ran out to help us park everytime we arrived back even though parking was easy. The breakfast was great and they were very accommodating with our luggage. My only complaint was that the air in the room was very stuffy no matter how much we tried to air it out. Everything else was wonderful.

Clean place, need walk to center about 25-30 mins, would be great if you can leave there iron (what about if someone has business meeting and it is important), also mattress would be better.
