The A/C was not on in the room when I arrived. It took a while to cool down the room. The A/C made odd noises when running. The bed was comfortable but made noises when moving around. It sounded like a very heavy plastic liner between the bad and box spring(?). The mattress slides when getting in or out of the bed. The freezer section had built up. Too much bright light came in around the curtain at night making it difficult to sleep and some light penetrated through worn spots(?) In the curtain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Oh yeah. There was a mosquito(?) somewhere in the room. It bit all up and down my right leg. I had a very bad reaction to the bites (large welts, drainage, and itching.) Overall, it was a fair deal for the price.

Very clean and the staff was very friendly. Called before my arrival and they were great when I checked out. She confirmed the extra payment would reverse itself as well. The area doesn’t seem bad, but with it being an extended stay it was a bit of a rough crowd of people. Each person I passed coming and going seemed intoxicated. The elevator smelled like weed a couple of times. I could smell weed down the hall when I walked by a room. You can hear just about everything in the hallways. There was one room that seemed to be partying on a Monday night lol. Most of these things didn’t really bother me but I know this could impact others decisions to stay here or not. If you’re not concerned with the other people there, I would recommend it. Price is good. Very clean. No issues.

The room was clean and comfortable and bed was great. The person across the hall had dogs barking incessantly thorough out the day and night. I complained to the person at the desk and the animal was quiet for a night, but acted up again the night after. People should be more courteous when traveling with their pets.

Don’t waste your time or money. If you do however you will get exactly what you pay for. The rooms indeed look like the pics however they are DIRTY! The bathroom was disgusting and the sheets had stains on them. They moved my room and it was still nasty.Offered no refund due to booking through Expedia. I took my family to the four points and it was a great stay highly recommend them and not this facility!

Tv and wi fi were good ,as well as the guest laundry area. Many large & loud DOGS, you could hear conversations thru walls from adjacent rooms. Grounds were dirty, dog poop, trash, and reeked of "pot". I would not recommend this place

We checked in and checked out within minutes. We found hairs and multiple stains on the bed, along with dirty floors and smells. What caught us off guard was the lady, although very nice, met us to check us in wearing gear robe and night bonnet. When we told her we were leaving, she said her manager would have to take care of any compensation. We haven’t received any reimbursement. Long story short - don’t stay here…go to the Marriott!

The property looks clean. But when I opened the freezer, it was dirty when I opened the drawers of the kitchen cabinet they were filthy. The carpet in the hallways was dirty. The front desk was closed in the evenings, and if you needed something there was no one there to help you. This is an extended stay hotel, and my room had no pots and pans. No paper towels , no plates or silverware and no coffee pots.The actual staff is very friendly and courteous. The problems seems related ownership of the hotel. I would not recommend staying at this property.. however, it is affordable.

The property did not have anyone available to check me in when I arrived. I had to call an operated to assist me in the dark lobby. The hotel did not have any breakfast or food options for the guests. The hotel did not have an iron board, iron, blow dryer, coffee machine.. The hotel also had small roaches in the refrigerator, the ceiling, the floors.

Nobody ever at the desk. Almost didn't even check in because the desk was closed and the number you're supposed to call, nobody answers it. Finally on the way out I stopped a woman and she pointed me to the front desk lady outside hanging out. Finally got checked in. Room was alright could be cleaner but stayed in worse. When it was time to checkout again nobody around and nobody answering the phone. I couldn't give the key cards back I just walked out. Legend has I never checked out

Would not accept a travel visa credit card to pay for room. The purpose of it is not risking your own bank information while traveling. Have used at several other motels. Also was able to use it every where in Jax. That should be listed somewhere when you book. Only certain payments allowed. The bed was uncomfortable. All around just won’t book here again.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The place is clean but one day someone cooked food that had an offensive smell. There's stove but have to purchase pan or pots. We don't like the presence of pets. The front desk being closed from 10p-8a is not helpful. There's no safe to place belongings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I think the place has residents. It can be a reason why there's no breakfast buffet.

There are literally no amenities in this hotel. Need water? There is no store in the hotel you need to drive to get it. Walls are paper thin we heard every conversation from the room next door. Hotel uses very strong cleaning products so you smell a chemical smell the moment you walk in.
