"We had a ground floor room that had lots of bugs (flies, crickets, stink bug, mosquito eater). Also, breakfast was understaffed. Other than that, it was fine. We have stayed here before and had a better experience."

"Every person that stays- no matter what type of room or reservation gets in on the free continental breakfast- there is no other breakfast and it’s not an added bonus. Don’t believe the Expedia description. BUT- this place is great! The indoor pool and hot tub are open until 1 AM! They have pool towels in their atrium area. Real keys for the rooms! Cozy space. Clean. Windows opened for fresh air! Was a great location and short walk to downtown shops and restaurants."

"We really like this hotel a lot. The staff is great. Unfortunately, the hot tub has been broken the last 2 times we have been here. We were disappointed that when we checked in we were not informed about it not working, nor were we offered any type of compensation. The hot tub is one of the main reasons we like staying here. Also, since the new owners a corporation, took over, there is no longer the complimentary breakfast or the shuttle that took us into town."
