Summary:

Welcome to our modern, chic shipping container studio apartments in the heart of downtown Jax. The location includes easy access to the Jaguars' stadium, local restaurants and breweries, and a 30 min drive to Jax Beach. Our location is perfect for guests traveling solo or couples visiting the city for work travel or a weekend of sports and brewery hopping.



This is an urban area so please be comfortable with this type of location if booking with us. (see the Neighborhood section of our listing)



The Space:

There is a cozy living room with a TV, a great kitchen with all the amenities you'll need to make a meal in, and the bathroom and bedroom are a retreat with fresh linens and great ambiance and decor.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire unit.

Nearby parking is generally free street parking that is first come first served.



The Neighborhood:

This unit is located in the heart of downtown Jacksonville. We are a block from a local fire department, so there is some noise when they are notified of a call. There is also a local shelter/rehabilitation center nearby so it is not uncommon to have some street traffic with individuals walking by. As with an urban city, Jacksonville does have a homeless population that lives downtown that you may see during your stay. This location is also close to John E. Goode Pre-trial Detention Facility. Thus, you may see bail bond retailers in the adjacent neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Public transportation is minimal in Jacksonville in general. You are a few blocks from the downtown bus terminal if you would like to use that.



There is also the Skyway if you would like to take a short trip around the urban core area.

To help ensure a smooth, secure, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following important information before booking:



Check-In & Identity Verification Policy



All reservations require the primary guest (the booker) to complete a secure online check-in process prior to arrival. This includes:



-Uploading a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID

-Uploading a selfie to confirm identity

-Reviewing and signing our rental agreement



This process is similar to hotel check-in and is required because we do not typically have staff on site. Check-in instructions will only be provided once this process is complete.

In some cases, we may also request a security deposit and/or apply a damage waiver fee in accordance with booking channel policies.



Guest Count & Occupancy Policy



Each listing includes a maximum number of guests based on unit type and local regulations. Additional guests are welcome for an added nightly fee:



-Studios & 1 bedroom units: $20 per guest, per night after 2 guests

-2 & 3 bedroom units: $35 per guest, per night after 4 or 6 guests, respectively

-4 & 5+ bedroom units: $50 per guest, per night after 8 or 10 guests, respectively



Please ensure your guest count is entered accurately at booking. We will confirm the number of guests after reservation. If the guest count changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. For safety and compliance purposes, exterior security cameras are used to verify occupancy. Unreported additional guests may result in additional charges.

Local Reservation Policy



Reservations under 7 nights from guests residing in the local area may be subject to cancellation at our discretion. We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy



Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. If approved, the following fees apply:



-Up to 1 hour: $25

-1–2 hours: $50

-2–3 hours: $75

-3+ hours: $100 or the cost of an additional night (whichever is greater)

Smoking Policy



Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be applied in accordance with the booking channel's cleaning and damage policies.



Special Request Policy



Requests for items such as pack-n-plays, high chairs, or other non-standard amenities should be submitted at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. Requests made closer to arrival will be accommodated if possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Awesome stay in Jacksonville!

Fun creative place to stay, minutes away way from stadium to watch GA vs Fla. game. Had an excellent experience from check in to check out. Eric was extremely responsive and on it! Really appreciate the stay! Definitely will come back!

Value for Money with Concerns

First, let me say that the place was just as advertised. It was clean, well decorated and right downtown Jacksonville. The positives: communication of owner and check in were great. The place itself was unique and nice. You can do anything you would do in a small apartment. The bed was comfortable, if not a bit small as expected. Drivable to local hot spots; St Augustine, San Marco, Five Points, the stadium, Amelia Island, etc. The shower had good water pressure and was very nice. Now the negatives: the property was not well maintained and had quite a bit of trash everywhere. The community itself left me feeling a bit unsafe for my wife. There were audible arguments going on at times that left us uneasy. I see the efforts that Jacksonville is making to build up their downtown, but additional work is needed to make it a true destination.
