Introducing our stunning two-story, four-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house, a perfect family getaway! Renovated to perfection, this exquisite property boasts a private fenced-in backyard pool, lounge area, and a newly installed putting green. Centrally located in Jacksonville Beach, just nine blocks from the beach, it offers easy access to restaurants and shopping. Ample parking and space for an RV or boat make this home a convenient choice.

Indulge in modern comforts with smart TVs in every room, including the outdoor patio. The garage has been thoughtfully transformed into a delightful space for kids, complete with two single beds. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining.

Step into the backyard paradise, featuring a built-in gas fire pit, a water lounge ledge, and an outdoor dining and living area. Fire up the large gas grill for a delightful barbecue experience. Stay connected with high-speed internet and enjoy cable TV throughout your stay.

A short walk, less than half a mile, takes you to the beach. A few blocks away, you'll discover the best park at the beaches, featuring a brand-new skate park, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a sprawling playground.

For added convenience and security, our property features a smart lock system with a personalized entry code assigned to each guest.

POOL HEATERS: The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature exceeds the 45–50°F range. When temperatures drop below 45°F, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely experience lows below 45°F, it can happen during the winter months. This was a beautiful place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The back yard was great and the pool was heated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was close to the Mayo Clinic. We would definitely recommend it.

Chose this spot because we were visiting family in Atlantic beach and going to TPC for the Players. The house was perfect for entertains although we did not have time to do so. Property was extremely clean and up to date. The staff was prompt, and lovely. Will definitely return next time!

We had a great week at a fabulous house! Unfortunately the weather was not great but we still got to enjoy the heated pool and really enjoyed the putting green. House was close to everything and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Staff was very responsive prior to our arrival and I highly recommend this listing! We will be back!!

We just completed a stay at this rental and we had a blast. The house is clean and neat and allowed us to enjoy ourselves in a comfortable home. The golf courses were 5 & 20 minutes away and we were 30 minutes to the football stadium. The pool was clean and heated the fire pit was great to hang around in the evening. If your looking for a house in the Jax Beach area give this one a try you won’t be disappointed.

The house is exactly as listed- the hosts have thought of everything you need for relaxing, cooking, pool play and games and beach equipment. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect for kids. You never have to leave the house but if you do the beach is 5 minutes away and there is also an incredible park nearby too. It has tennis courts, pickle ball courts and the most impressive playground I’ve ever seen. Would highly recommend a stay here!
