"Never stayed there. After 3 days awake in airports due to weather canceled flights, I Googled “Affordable Hotel with breakfast and fitness room in Jacksonville, North Carolina.” Then Expedia populated with “Best Western Jacksonville Inn” and I booked a room for 2 nights. Exhausted, I then drove to Jacksonville, North Carolina only to learn Expedia’s advertising left out “Illinois,” which meant my booked location was a 15 hour drive away. The booked property pointed to Expedia and Expedia pointed to the property and I am simply the loser who will NEVER, EVER use Expedia EVER again. Neither would you or the folks at Expedia who place a higher value on rejecting my refund application than keeping me as a customer. Rules smules. You AND Expedia’s brass would want their money back."

"This converted commercial space makes an excellent location for a large group to gather. Plenty of parking, plenty of bedrooms and beds, and great spaces for medium gatherings, in our case, a tabletop gaming weekend.We'll certainly book this space again in the future."

"Great little house in the country! Excellent location for seeing the sights in Springfield. Outside of the city but minutes away from everything. Very comfortable home with everything we need. Our dogs loved exploring the yard and fields. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the side patio. Highly recommend."
