The staff were very nice, but the property is very old and the carpet and dude chair was so stained that we couldn’t walk barefoot. They need to clean everything deeply.

We were in town for the Extreme Outlaw Midget race and it was great. Close to the track and very nice and comfortable. My son is a driver and really liked you had a place he could wash his race suit for the second night of competition. Thanks again

Clean and Comfortable

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Pool was functional, breakfast was decent. May have been a bit understaffed because we had to wait quite a while at the front desk. They were pleasant and professional. Overall a good experience.

When I visit my hometown, Jacksonville IL I have consistently stayed here. The location is very convenient and breakfast is good. Recently a carwash opened on the front pad I have noticed noise even at night. Also, the interior is getting older and the furniture, bathroom, etc. is beginning to show wear and tear. I'll probably go to another location next time.

Really appreciated the prior arrival communication. Was made aware of the elevator being down but wasn’t made aware of the pool being empty. Bed was super comfortable but room did not have refrigerator or microwave. Very clean and quiet.

Had to wait about 15 minutes for anyone to come to the desk to check-in. Person that arrived was apologetic and nice but smelled of cigarettes. The carpet in our room was so dirty I was unsure if I wanted to take off my shoes. The drain in the tub ran slow so you stood in dirty water over your feet.

The room was dirty, shoes stuck to the bathroom floor while walking across so had to use towels all on the bathroom floor. Also, mold and mildew in every drain and under soap holder in bathroom, sink didn’t drain adequately. Pillows were all stained and not even good enough to sleep on. Asked for more and was told they were all stained and didn’t have any additional to give us. Bed was so hard and springs at the surface so good night sleep wasn’t an option. Will not be back!
