"This property was excellent for what we needed and will definitely stay again. Host is great and made everything super easy. The unit is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and for the beach. This is just a caution and nothing bad, there aren’t any real bedrooms. Wasn’t an issue for us but could be for some. The master has simple bi-fold closet doors. The bunks are in an alcove. It was just myself, my husband, and our 2 kids. But there’s not much privacy if that is necessary for you. The showers have great water pressure and hot water which is a super extra bonus for me. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Lets start with staff!! Ms. Daphne is what I call a stellar, top tier employee!! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was welcomed and greeted with a smile and an energy that et me know I chose the right hotel! She was knowledgable about the hotel, and the area and was accommodating with every request! KEEP HER, She is the first and number one reason that whenever I return to Jacksonville, I will stay here at Element by Marriot!! The room was immaculate! Lobby, elevators hallway and THE ROOM!!! Whew! I LOVED LOVED LOVED my room/suite Breakfast was dee-lish-shuss!!!! Shout out to the staff that prepared and displayed to food items! I did not have a vehicle but it was uber friendly, easy peezy, I was minutes from the ocean and the view from my bedroom gave me the grace to wake up to a sunrise and ocean view! The area surrounding made it easy to get anything you may have needed. Overall the location the accommodations and of Ms. Daphne made this property THE GO TO place to stay in Jacksonville and I will spread the word!! Touche' Planning my return NOW!! LOL Tondra K. "A small and quaint hotel on the beach boardwalk was just perfect for a stay before my cruise. It was very clean! And had a bedding that was extremely comfortable. The bath was amazing too! Great staff. Great seafood restaurant within walking distance. Highly recommend!"
