"Overall experience was amazing. I am a retail executive and genuine hospitality goes a long way with me. The first point of contact associates are not as welcoming, although they accommodating the needs, it felt like it was a bother (extra towels and answering questions). The associates working every where else in the hotel provided the utmost hospitality. I love this property."

"The hotel was in the middle of renovations. Based on that fact, I didn't give my normal high scores across the board. The only part we were disappointed in was a 2hr wait to ck, told they were sold out and very busy but then to find out they also were selling day passes. Including the renovations. That was a bit much."

"We stayed at several hotels during our trip and we thoroughly enjoyed this one in comparison! It was clean, the staff was friendly, the coffee bar & lemon water in the lobby were perfect. Carl at the front desk had the absolute best personality and was so sweet and helpful. Overall, a great vibe and not too far of a walk to and from the beach! The pool and hot tub was nice as well and not too chlorinated, which we had a problem with at other hotels."
