"The cabin was very cozy and perfect for a mother/daughter weekend. It had plenty of blankets, pillows, dishes and pots and pans. You do have to bring your own sheets and towels which was fine with us. I only had 2 questions to ask Linda while we were there and she answered them very quickly. We will definitely rent this cabin in the future! "

"staying here is like staying at home. It's a very nice old time. Inn. if you're looking for something modern and flashy, this is not it. I have stayed here now twice and I will stay here again. I have stayed in most of the other places in the area and they were too modern and I didn't feel comfortable there. This had a nice warm feel they have a restaurant and a bar that serves food as well and they have entertainment at night. Along with having entertainment outside in the summertime. I highly recommend this establishment."

"It could not have been easier to get to Black Mountain, where we found 4 inches of fresh powder that had arrived the night before! Great fun. The staff could not have been nicer. We had a wonderful day in a lovely home with the most glorious view of the mountains. We enjoyed arousing game of Apple to Apple in front of a lovely fire. There was lots of room to fit four adults and four kids. The kitchen was beautifully stocked, so cooking was a pleasure. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Thank you."
