"Room-The room 710 was clean but the condensation kept the bathroom floor outside the shower dangerously wet. More importantly and shockingly, there was no grab bar anywhere in the bathroom where the floor is consistently wet due to condensation. The tile outside the shower is slippery. The bathroom should be inspected because it is a tragedy waiting to happen. I notified the front desk staff who promised to tell management. Staff- the staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast-I choose to have all my meals outside of hotel. Bar- bar was good. Was able to watch the games. Wished happy hour was extended like the other Embassy in West Palm Beach"

"Room is Very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. The only downside is the elevator. They only have 1 elevator. But overall is excellent. For sure we will come back and would definitely will recommend to our friends"

"The staff is great at this hotel. It is our go-to hotel in Palm Beach Gardens. In particular Aleeya was very helpful when our plans shifted and also when we asked to change rooms Breakfast and dinner are good quality with nice selection. Not cheap but on par for a hotel restaurant. There is a nice, clean pool and a warm hot tub that is near the lake Walking distance to outdoor mall (recommend Subculture coffee) or just a nice place to go for a walk around lake"
