Very clean bathroom and kitchen area. Fridge and Microwave were like brand new. Iron was clean and modern. Nice separate living room area with divided curtain if traveling as a family or with others to create privacy. TV swivels so you can see from bedroom or living room area. The couch pulls out into a bed if needed. Nice outdoor fire pit stays lit all the time.
