The staff at the property was very nice and extremely thorough at 10pm when I checked in. She let me know about breakfast and the easiest way to get to the room. The room was fine. I prefer to stay in places that don’t have carpet but other than that it was fine for one night.

The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The room was comfortable. The bathroom floor was sticky making me think it had not been mopped recently. Black mold surrounded the grout in the shower. The hallway carpets throughout were filthy. Heavy, dark dirty stains were present; worst in front of the elevator.

The gentleman at check-in was rude and not very welcoming. He did not explain the hotel's amenities and was not helpful when I asked about changing my room, even though I offered to pay for an upgrade. In contrast, the lady at the reception was friendly and professional, and the breakfast team was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service.
