"The property is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The entire staff, Fernanda, Ania, Viviana and Ivan were kind and so helpful with all of our needs. We are already looking to go back. Definitely recommend this place if want to unplug and relax and just a walk away from restaurants and beach. Loved it here!! "

"My travel planning usually pays off, but Bungalow's in the Zihuataneo/Ixtapa area was a HUGE exception. As a Google Local Guide, I know to verify a hotel room or short-term rental in person before payment. What I found? A disgusting, moldy room, nothing like the online photos. The kitchen was unsanitary. Then came the cancellation nightmare – hours of calls, transfers, and zero resolution. I've posted photos and videos on their Google Maps profile. "We have stayed here many times. We were a bit early in the season this time so the Brisas Beach Club wasn't up and running for the first few days. They served us in the lounge and the buffet and we were happy. The staff is friendly and many have been there for years. We were greeted by several when we arrived. The housekeeping does a good job and are happy to help out with any requests. The gardeners do a fantastic job looking after the huge and beautiful property. We love being able to see the ocean from the lounge and our room. We will return soon."
