"Great hotel in a good location. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The Onsen/public bath is excellent, with and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Would have liked a cold plunge, but the steam room made up for it. Canal City shopping across the street with a fun nightly fountain show, and a few solid bakeries right next door."

Despite my predicament during check in, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Thanks to their efforts I was spared a great deal off trouble."
