Very spacious - yet somewhat awkward for just relaxing in. Single beds were not comfortable so we placed tri-fold mattresses on top. Orange duvet covers not a pleasant material to touch. We could not get hot water in the tub so we're not able to enjoy it! Air conditioning was good! Nice neighborhood. Lovely plants and birds just outside!"

"ペット同伴可の部屋に宿泊しました。 ある程度覚悟はしていたものの、やはり汚れは気になりました。 ビニールの畳は歴年の汚れが付着していて、持参したウェットティッシュで拭き掃除をしたところ0.5畳でウェットティッシュ一枚が真っ黒になるレベル。それでも拭ききれませんでした。 自然の中の立地のため、虫が多いです。 大浴場にムカデがいました。客室内には7センチくらいの蜘蛛、プライベートドッグランのウッドデッキには沢山の小さなゴキブリがいました。苦手な人はキツイかも。そのため、客室には殺虫スプレーがあった。 敷き布団には黄色っぽいしみが。。。 アメニティは充実していた。"

"Breakfast buffet was great. But time to stop imposing the silly Covid-era measures in the dining area, all of which have proven to be without any scientific or medical basis. If there are guests that complain about removing such measures, they should just stay at home with their neuroses and not bother to leave their homes. Other than that, what a lovely dog friendly place to stay! The pool is great; I would just ask the management to consider revising the morning opening times which make it difficult to enjoy the pool and onsen, in addition to taking breakfast. "
