Excelente hotel, bem localizado, quarto amplo, banheiro confortável, tudo novo, mas me cobraram R $ 10,00 pelo estacionamento com manobrista - quando no Hotels.com informava que o hotel disponibilizava estacionamento sem manobrista e sem custo adicional, e ao sair, me perguntaram se eu concordava em pagar uma taxa de R $ 2,50 para o turismo da cidade - tb não informado na reserva. E no café da manhã, bom e variado, outro senão: só oferecem manteiga com sal. Como sou cardíaco, acabei impossibilitado de come-la. Outro problema é a posição do split no quarto - direto em cima das camas, quando poderia estar localizado no lado oposto.

Quando cheguei ao quarto me deparei com lençois rasgados e fronhas sujas. As toalhas estavam também velhas. Solicitei a troca dos lençois das camas. Recomendo o hotel investir em novos lençois e toalhas, principalmente pelo hotel estar situado num estado onde tem grandes fabricantes de roupa de cama e banho. O Wifi do quarto não funciona.

As acomodações cheiram esgoto, as pias são entupidas, os atendentes da recepção são ríspidos, mesmo tendo dois estacionamentos eles preferem encher apenas um dificultando o acesso ao veículo, na minha estadia acabei não saindo com o veículo com medo de perder a vaga, o café da manhã é de baixo nível, os únicos funcionários agradáveis e educados são os atendentes do bar! Não recomendo esse hotel!

Um hotel desse porte sem ar condicionado na recepção é inadmissível...estava muito quente, os funcionários estavam suando. O quarto era bom, mas a TV não tinha canal a cabo, nem pegava nada, a área da piscina fria achei abandonada, o elevador sem ventilação, estava insuportável. O café da manhã é razoável, achei q os produtos podiam ter mais qualidade.
