Lovely stay at this property - some noise from refurbishment work but when i mentioned i needed quiet to do some video calls, the noise stopped within minutes. Very grateful to the Novotel team - a professional and well run hotel.

Boa localização e funcionários medianos.

Hotel bem localizado e próximo a diversos restaurantes. De frente para a Beira Mar. O atendimento é massificado e falta personalidade. Em um dis dias meu quarto não foi arrumando. O pessoal do estacionamento é péssimo, principalmente o funcionário Mateus, que quebrou o botão do freio de mão do carro e me acusou de já ter chego com o carro la assim. Depois encontraram o botão, tinha sido ele mesmo. Me informaram que o funcionário tinha problemas pessoais e por isso estava agindo de forma agressiva. Como se isto justificasse algo. Gastei 350 de estacionamento e tive um tratamento desrespeitoso.

The staff at this hotel was supportive and helpful. When I asked for an additional lamp it was there in minutes. They helped with directions and with luggage. The morning breakfast was standard buffet fare. If you have any sensitivity to molds this may not be the hotel for you as it is a bit musty. The bathroom in particular was moldy and had an unpleasant smell. The room itself was good sized if a bit dark.
