The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and large. The breakfast was at 6:30 which was a bit late for us. The breakfast had lots of fresh fruit. Overall the stay was great.

A estadia foi boa, o quarto é bem confortável. Fica numa região bem localizada, perto da balsa. Só tenho a reclamar do wi-fi, que é péssimo. Eu práticamamente usei minha internet o tempo todo. E gostaria de sugerir que tivesse alguns ganchos ou prateleira embaixo da pia no banheiro pra colocar roupas sujas. Mas de resto foi tudo tranquilo, voltaria a me hospedar no Valerim...

Funcionários grosseiros.

Boa, apartamentos aconchegantes, limpos, porém tivemos uma péssima experiência com o atendimento. Recepcionista foi grosseiro no check in.
