Achei que as instalações deixaram a desejar, principalmente da suite. Local precisando de uma reforma. Achei que a privacidade do quarto ficou a desejar, a Hidromassagem ficava na varanda ao lado de um gerador mega barulhento e do exautor da cozinha, o que fazia todo o cheiro da cozinha sair bem na varanda na nossa suite. Infelizmente a nossa experiencia ficou a desejar

Estadia boa porem nao tinha agua quente no quarto...me falaram que ia arrumar e nada, tomei 3 banhos frios o que nao pode acontwcer em um hotel desse preco. Alem disso o valor cobrado no meu cartao foi maior que o do hotels.com

Hotel sofisticado e confortável

O Felissimo é um hotel com excelente atendimento, quartos bem confortáveis, café da manhã com todos itens essenciais e bem servidos. Não fica muito próximo a praia, o que nos obriga a uma saudável caminhada para alcançá-la. O único desconforto foi com o ar condicionado do quarto que pingava muita água e deveria estar melhor conservado.

Deliciosa estadia. Mas tem espaço para melhorias

Fomos para o Felissimo com as mais altas expectativas, por isso coloco no título que tem espaço para melhorias. O atendimento é bom, mas não foi impecável. Tivemos problemas com o ar concidionado que não foi resolvido com a velocidade adequada. No restaurante, o café da manhã foi excelente no primeiro dia e no segundo os ítens não foram repostos. O Adriano que nos serviu foi estupendo, mas o outro atendente não parecia muito feliz em estar ali naquele horário. No restaurante, experimentamos pratos maravilhosos, mas alguns bem decepcionantes. Enfim, foi um final de semana muito agradável, mas a a proposta do local, bem como o preço cobrado, eu esperava um hotel impecável. Ah, a massagem é maravilhosa!
