I was very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Great staff who were helpful, very comfortable and well-kept room, nice decor, and the breakfast was exceptional. The proximity to the beach and restaurants made everything accessible.

Hotel muito bom. Apenas achei meio cara a taxa pet, que foi de 100 reais e ainda cobraram mais impostos em cima do valor. No quarto não havia nada para comodidade do pet, sendo que enviaram mensagem falando que disponibilizavam um tapete higiênico e afins. Por sorte levamos um tapete por garantia.

O hotel no geral é bom. Porém qdo precisamos dos funcionários para resolver um problema, houve certo descaso. A Internet não estava funcionando, liguei para pedir que arrumassem, o funcionário falou que iria reiniciar o modem e que logo era para tentar. Aguardamos e tentamos novamente, nada. Reclamamos pela 2a vez, depois de um tempo disseam que o modem estava realmente desligado. Ou seja, na primeira vez em que reclamamos, nasa tinha sido feito. O ar condicionado do quarto tbm deu problema, inundou o quarto todo na madrugada...

Não parece nem um pouco com qualidade da rede slaviero. No check in recepcionista ríspida e grosseira. Não tem onde colocar carro, rua lotada e só pode colocar no estacionamento depois de fazer check in )como fazer se não tem onde deixar carro? Quarto água fria em pleno inverso disseram problema que precisa de pessoa para ligar caldeira que só chegaria no dia seguinte (absurdo total). Para finalizar mais 1h30m para jantar um hambúrguer que chegou parecendo sola de sapato impossível comer. Pior experiência até hoje.
