Insatisfação com a estadia no quarto localizado no 7º andar, que possui porta de acesso interligada a outro quarto.Durante a noite, o hóspede do quarto ao lado roncava de forma extremamente alta, sendo possível ouvi-lo como se estivesse dentro do meu próprio quarto. Além disso, havia crianças gritando constantemente e batendo na porta de acesso, o que tornou o ambiente totalmente inadequado para descanso. A experiência foi extremamente desagradável, comprometendo o conforto e a qualidade da hospedagem, que são expectativas básicas ao se hospedar em um hotel.
