"This was a strange place. The location is great. Right in the center next to the shopping mall. The entire staff (all of them) were not friendly, but also no unfriendly. None of them seemed to have any professionalism how to interact with guests. They did their basic job, the minimum, and that was all. I felt like an inconvenience for them. The rooms appear very clean. However the maintenance is lacking, we had to change rooms at 11pm because the air conditioner was not cooling. We also had an additional different night there and again, the air conditioner in that new room was also not cooling. As I mentioned the rooms, look clean but the dishes in the kitchen had dried food on them. We were also awakened at night when a small cockroach was crawling on us in the bed. The be fair, we never saw another cockroach or bug the entire time. For the price, I think the value is good. The breakfast was very good. A diverse selection of everything and presented very well. A+ on the breakfast. But again, even the staff there at the breakfast was not friendly even when we said good morning to all of them, they barely responded and never made eye contact. There seems to be something about the entire staff just doing the minimum and all look unhappy. "

"Minha estadia foi um pouco decepcionante. No primeiro dia fomos colocados em um quarto com instalações antigas, com problema na torneira do banheiro e ar-condicionado que não funcionava. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, mas não havia disponibilidade, então na primeira noite praticamente não conseguimos dormir. Também solicitei um travesseiro extra, mas o pedido foi negado. O hotel é antigo e o restaurante oferece apenas café da manhã. Em uma noite de muita chuva, não conseguimos sair e também não havia opções de comida no hotel. Como pontos positivos, o café da manhã é bom, os funcionários são educados e o serviço de manobrista do estacionamento funciona bem."
