Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

Tudo de modo geral, o quanto em que fiquei hospedada em condições precárias, travesseiros velhos, roupas de cama velhas, toalhas de banho velhas, não tinha limpeza no quarto enquanto estive hospedada. Café da manhâ horrível, de quinta categoria, com moscas e formigas . Recepção atendimento péssimo. Tudo besse hotel deixa desejar. Nunca mais.

A primeira impressão foi dar de cara com uma barata grande, não tinha toalha no quarto a coberta tinha cheiro de usada e não lavada, o banheiro ficava vazando água da descarga o tempo inteiro, a televisão não tem sinal e não pega nenhum app e as sujeira são visíveis.

Experiência negativa

O quarto é bonito e o café da manhã é bom, mas infelizmente não passa disso. Estava sujo (piso, peitoril da janela com comida, roupa de cama suja de cabelo). O colchão é duro, quarto com muita poeira e cheiro forte. Tanto eu, quanto minha companheira acordamos no meio da noite com a garganta inflamada devido a falta de limpeza. No entanto, vale ressaltar que não somos pessoas exigentes, afinal o barulho e a tv sem controle funcionando não nos incomodou!
