Although the property is older and outdated, the staff kept it clean and in order. All staff was extremely nice, helpful, kind, and caring. The location is very central and close to nice restaurants, bars, and shopping mall. Walkable to parks and theaters.

Foi feita a reserva com pagamento no ato do checkin, porém, o hotel já havia debitado valores antes da chegada da nossa chegada. O quarto oferecido tinha porta do banheiro emperrada, janela sem tranca, cama com defeito, banheiro sem pendurador de toalha...box cheio de mofo e fungos.

A localização do hotel é excelente, a praticamente uma quadra da Praça da Liberdade. O café da manhã é bem gostoso. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e simpáticos. Única reclamação é a baixa pressão da água do chuveiro.

Nossa estadia foi muito boa, localização perto da praça da liberdade. O hotel foi escolhido por ter estacionamento, no segundo dia o recepcionista disse que se saísse com o carro não teria garantia de vaga no estacionamento. Não contava com isso, minha vaga já estava incluída na reserva, fiquei pagando Uber com medo do carro ficar na rua ou ter que pagar estacionamento de novo.
