The staff was so helpfull several.ifvthem.spoke English abd the other ones tried. We enjoy our stay. Centraly located very safe area and easy to come and go from all.the turist destinations. We recoment this hotel.

Good night in Istanbul
Hotel location is very good, near Marmaray train station, 10 min. walk to main atractions like Topkapi and Blue M. Front desk stuff is very friendly. Breakfast was very good. I will stay again for this price.

Avoid ... Horrible stay.
Very poor value for money. Awful stay. Very bad smell. The room is not anything similar to the advertise pictures. Its small and cheap. In the shared path room there missing shower door! No internet connection for the first two nights! Staff is not Welcoming but trying to be helpful. The only good thing is the breakfast!

It was just a WOW experience staying at this hotel !!! These guys really try to deliver the best hotel experience you possibly could have in Istanbul. They take you as friends and family and really go extra miles for you to solve your concerns. I would highly recommend anyone that traveling to Istanbul to stay with them - one more bonus good location too, close to all the major historical sites such as blue mosque etc etc

Fantastic value centrally located comfortable stay
This hotel is great value for money. Istanbul hotels can be very overpriced, this hotel was cheap yet still a great safe, clean, comfortable place to stay in the heart of the old city. But what really made this place was the people, Vulcram, the manager, felt like a friend by the end of my trip, and he and has staff made a genuine effort to make sure I was happy with everything. Outstanding customer service and very friendly people, including Serdor who always took the time to have a chat each night. Another plus is the breakfast - always on time and a great range of fresh food, very impressive for this budget hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all types of travellers. I saw lots of returning guests and given the family atmosphere, I can see why.

perfect location,
we went this hotel for four days with my friend and shared one room, structure (building) is poorly maintained but kept clean. i recommend this hotel for students or who has a short budged allocated for comfortable accommodation. Our room cleaned daily and breakfast buffet was okay. hotel is not ideal for couples or children

A pleasant vacation in Sehir Hotel
A very nice location at the old town near the metro station, bus and ferry .A lot bazaars and restaurants around the hotel.The accommodation is comfortable ..The price is Ok...The breakfast was tasty..Mr Seridar and Mr.Volka were very helpful and welcoming. .

Nice hotel close to the main points of interest
Excellent service and advice from the staff. Friendly people. Very easy to leave the hotel and walk around nice places. Room a little small but for the price it was fine.

Room was on the roof floor. I think it was a store room before and renovated. No curtain in the room. Outside sitting area with a table and chairs. Cracks and shabby like in the windows and walls outside. Room facilities ok, cleanliness good except no rubbish bin. Wifi not so effective in room.

The location was fantastic. Lots of shopping areas and restaurants, but it was super loud in the hotel. Walls are like paper and you can hear people talking in the hallway or other rooms as if they are in your room.

Nur die zentrale Lage ist perfekt , der Rest ist reinste Katastrophe !!! Personal ist unfähig, die Zimmer insbesondere Bad war nicht sauber. Überall waren schimmelflecken, der Wasserhahn ist verrostet gewesen , einfach nur unhygienisch pur !!! Das Frühstück war eine reinste Katastrophe , sodass wir uns von draussen verpflegen mussten. Welcher Mensch isst bitte früh am morgen karotten oder rotkohlsalat mit fett Mayonnaise??? Es gabs kaum was vernunftiges zum essen. Ich rate jedem von diesem Hotel ab !!! Gibt Tausendmal bessere in der Umgebung.

Das Personal an der Retption ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.Was die Zimmerreinigung betriefft und Ziemmermädchen na ja,die benutzte Handtücher werden weggenommen aber keine frische reingetan,am ersten Tag gab auch keine Bettdecke und auf dem Boden waren schuhabdrucke.Covid massnahmen lassen auch zu wüntschen übrieg.

Als wir den Raum betraten, roch es seltsam im der Raum. Die Fenster blickten auf einen Innenhof, der klein und feucht war. Ein bescheidener Frühstück, aber essbar. ähnlich wie in anderen suhtanahmet hotels. Alles war in der nähe von aya sofia, Top Kapi sowie Eminu port. Hotelpreis ist angemessen..
