Staff were very helpful, attentive and pleasant. The hotel was very clean and generally comfortable. Its location in the centre of Istanbul was very convenient for many of the attractions of the city, but inevitably a little noisy. The breakfasts were rather strange to us, but we were able to select enough to eat. The lack of conventional bed sheets made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable for one of us. Space in the bathroom was limited. The lift, although working, was very slow. The air conditioning was effective and easy to control. The prices charged for meals etc. were reasonable. We would stay there again, which is the best recommendation.

The hotel is very welcoming, we felt very safe and comfortable. It's spotlessly clean, the staff were lovely and very helpful. We slept well on comfy beds, had a great view and had all the amenities we needed. The restaurant had an amazing view and delicious food I highly recommend. The hotel organised airport transfers which was efficiently done and very helpful. Reception staff were knowledgeable and able to recommend and organise excellent trips. The area in which the hotel is located is good for transport, for sightseeing, for shopping and felt very safe. We would definitely stay again.

Great location which is very close and convenient to a few of the landmarks and tourist attractions. Easy access to public transports. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and acknowledged. Enjoy the best morning and evening view from the terrace restaurant of Istanbul. The decoration of room is very out dated, on 80’s and 90’s. The hairdryer is not powerful enough and the handle got very hot after a while, very poor wall insulation that you could hear the conversation from the room next door. The electric power cut off completely when the fob leaves the holder, even the fridge in the room so not able to store anything while no one attending. The mattress is too soft from preference. For cleanliness, clean and tidy when checked in. But a few minus during the stay, either bin not get empty or towels not got replaced.

Location Location Location Breakfast area at the terrace was excellent with the best view of the city. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Room was reasonable with its facilities. Walking distance to many places. This hotel is highly recommend.

Had a very nice stay here with husband. Upon arrival was upgraded to a room with a balcony on sixth floor which had views of Hagia Sofia. Location of hotel is excellent- two to three minute walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque and five to ten minute walk to Grand Bazaar. There is also a tram station at the bottom of the road. Staff are extremely helpful- asked for an extra blanket and an iron, both times item arrived within a few minutes of asking. Good Turkish breakfast with other options too. We would definitely stay here again.

I have booking superior room, in fact the superior room is slightly smaller than what I expect. Superior rooms, supposedly larger than standard rooms. Don't trust the picture you see on their website, Very disappointed

Fantastic Location! Efficient and wonderful service. We had tbe large family suite, it was spacious, comfortable, beautiful and had plenty of amentities. The balcony with the swing was our favorite spot. The pull out couch was super comfortable, the kids loved it. It was walking distance to wonderful restaurants and all the main attractions. Nothing to complain about. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great place, very close to the Blue Mosque and many shops bars and restaurants. It has a wonderful roof top restaurant with fantastic views across the city - lovely view whilst eating your breakfast. Great food served too. My only criticism is our double room was very very small, there was only one bedside cabinet - no room for two and only one chair at the tiny table.
