Luxurious villa
Me and my wife stayed at this beautiful villa with our 19 month old baby and we really loved this place and the service from the owner Claudia was amazing very nice hospitality as we arrived late no time and not knowing the area there was enough food,drinks snacks to get you by what I liked the most that the pool is gated very safe for the little toddler to run around without getting worried. Thank you cloudia for letting us discover beautiful Sicilia

Very pleasant experience, superb host and perfectly designed house
We enjoyed very much our stay at this house. It has everything you need but you have to use it in a way how it was designed. I really liked how the owners thought through while designing it. Each place has its sense and we were able to find the sense and utilize it. Claudio (host) was very thoughtful, proactive and responded always very quickly, i really love his dedication and way he set the things up. Everything works perfectly remotely incl. "check-in". As for location, nearest sandy beach is just 400-450m away, perfect for small kids, mini market and bakery with rosticceria 650m, market 1,6km. Otherwise not so much around and you have to go everywhere by car but that's a must while in Sicily.

We had a lovely stay at Casa del Gelsomino The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped and Claudio was an incredibly attentive host. From the very clear directions and the generous welcome pack to the very helpful suggestions of places to visit, his help was hugely welcomed. I would thoroughly recommend this property, as long as you have a car - most places are only within a short drive but a car is essential

Perfect End of the Day Stay
This property was so beautiful that we frequently ended our touring day a couple of hours earlier than we normally would have so we could come back and enjoy the beautiful pool and outdoor setting. The amazing and beautiful outdoor spaces more than made up for the smaller sitting area inside. The outdoor bathroom was an added bonus and the shower was fabulous. The welcome treats that Claudio left to greet us were very touching; he also left us some pasta and sauce which was so appreciated because we got in late and were too tired to go back out to find a restaurant. For this place it might be good for you to do a grocery run before you get there so you can make your dinners on site and enjoy the lovely and intimate eating area. (Also, you do have to drive a bit of a distance to get to a grocery store.) The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance that we needed. Claudio also left us some coffee pods so we could have coffee our first morning. Communication with the owner was very easy and friendly. I would highly recommend this site for your stay. The only thing to be aware of is the directions in the dark to the home were slightly harder to follow but we did find it. We felt very safe here even though it did not seem like there were too many others in the neighborhood and you will need a car to drive to most places.

Sicilian Perfection : Simply Outstanding!
From initial enquiries to after the holiday, Claudio and Viviana could not do any more for us. They were so friendly, always available to help and offer advice on places to go. Dream hosts! Now on to Jasmine House. For us it was a dream holiday. With a five year old, the setup was perfect. Set down a no through road, quiet residential area, secure gated entry and a gated pool which was a must for added safety. The outside space was superb, many seating areas, beautifully lit up at night and very private and secluded. Once you entered the gates you felt you were in your own little bubble. The accommodation inside was great. Modern, clean, super welcome package with everything you need to get you started. The pool was the right size for us, all one depth so great to move around and play. The beach is only a 5 minute walk down the road and it was a stunning sandy beach, never busy and overcrowded, the sea was clear, warm and gentle waves. The sunsets were just amazing. There is a mini market and pizzeria 5 minute walk from the beach and we found them really friendly and a great place for your basics and the food was good in and take away. We had a rental car which is necessary to explore the area, go to the supermarket etc.... All in all a perfect holiday we can't stop speaking about to all our friends and family. We cant wait to go back! Thank you Claudio and Viviana for such a wonderful experience.

Great oasis to relax and enjoy Sicily
We have rented many HomeAway properties and this has to be the best equipped. It really was a private oasis to enjoy the Sicilian sun and relax. The apartment is not big but is very well equipped. The outside area provides perfect area to sit, eat and get some shade while the pool is perfect to dip into or float and read. The apartment is situated in a hotch potch development of holiday homes and is very secure and not at all over looked. The nearby town of Pozzallo provides ample places to eat. The real jewel is an 11km stretch of sand just a few minutes walk away which was sparsely used when we visited in September. Walking along the coast in the surf, taking in the sun and the sea views was one of the great pleasures of our stay. Claudio is super helpful and always on hand via WhatsApp to provide help or suggestions for places to see or restaurants to eat in. He really helped us to get the most out of our stay and checked in regularly to ensure all was well. The location is perfect (with a car) for exploring nearby towns such as Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa and Modica and even trips further afield to Etna and Taormina were within a reasonable distance. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday away from it all.

Just lovely!
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Jasmine House. Before we arrived, the host Claudio was so helpful and very friendly, so we felt secure that we had found the right place to stay. Claudio met us at the house on arrival (even though we were three hours late) and showed us around. The house itself is small but perfectly formed. Claudio had left us a bottle of bubbles chilling in the fridge as well as other wines and goodies in the cupboard, which were really appreciated at the end of a long day travelling. In fact, everything you need is in the house - from coffee to dishwasher tablets. The outside of the house is bigger and even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, complete with BBQ and outside shower (as well as the shower in the house). The garden smelt deliciously of jasmine and was very lush. Our daughter adored the pool, perfect for her to play safely in while we sunbathed. And just a few minutes drive down the road is the beach - very clear and shallow so great for families. Claudio sent us Google Map links to beaches, restaurants and places of interest, and he has great ideas! Our favourite places to visit were Nito and Ibla - really worth the drive (about an hour). We would love to return to Sicily and Jasmine House again - it really is a very special home!

Amazing chilling place
We spent a week in April in that wonderful villa. Claudio’s wife welcomed us and showed everything in property. The villa was very clean and fully equipped and I have to mention that the beds were so comfortable. The decor is modern and made with a taste. Claudio also provided the bikes so we could ride on them by the seaside with our girls. They absolutely loved it. Everything was just spot on. The pool was secured so the kids could play and run around safely. I would highly recommended this villa for everybody who is looking for a quite break. Car is essential so you can explore all the beautiful places such as Siracusa, Modica, Ragusa, Reserva Cavagrande, Noto, Marzamemi. Thank you for an amazing holiday and for being so helpfull, kind and caring host.

Lovely small secure villa with pool & cycles to borrow & 5 minute walk to sandy beach
We enjoyed a 2 night stay. Claudio’s communication (and English!) was excellent and the villa was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is quiet, and if you’re staying for a longer time, we would suggest a trip to a large supermarket (approx 10km) first as there is only one cafe/diner 800 meters walk and a small mini market (not much stock!) 2 minutes in the car. The beautiful sandy beach is a 5 minute walk. We didn’t see any public transport on the top road, so a car is essential.

Beautiful property that you did not want to leave!
The property is in a very quiet location and walking distance to the beach. As with most places in this sort of location you do need a car to get to the bigger towns, however the villa is so nice you don't really need to. The is a pizzeria and bakers(small shop) within walking distance so you can get all you need from there. There are miles of sandy beaches and most days we were on our own, the water is also shallow so great for kids. The Villa itself was superbly equipped, it had everything you could possibly need. The layout of the outside space gives you plenty of areas to catch the sun, but also areas in the shade. All surrounded by beautiful garden and planting. Claudio was a magnificent host who kept the correct level of distance and attentiveness. He also runs tours around the island if you wish to use these. I would highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of large towns.

Beautiful villa and exceptional hosts
The beautiful villa is very well equipped for a comfortable stay for self catering including outdoor BBQs. The decor is very modern and fresh and we really appreciated the fresh fruit bowl, wine, coffee pods for the machine, basic cooking ingredients, cleaning equipment including dishwasher tablets and toilet paper which made our stay so comfortable. The white wine, water and ice in the fridge freezer on our arrival was a lovely touch. Any small issues during our stay were dealt with immediately by both Claudio and Susan (his English translator) who were both helpful and friendly and immediately contactable throughout our stay and before our arrival. The weather at the end of March was lovely (22 degrees) but the unheated pool was a bit too refreshing to use much although would be lovely later in the year! If you are lucky enough to visit then, the Mediterranean is only a short stroll away (approximately 200m) and looked inviting even in March. However, we explored the beautiful south-east and east of Sicily easily from the villa and enjoyed visiting Mt Etna, Siracusa, Ragusa, Noto, Modica and Ispica. The wild flowers in Spring on the sides of all the roads are amazing! We also travelled to The Villa Romano de Casales which (although it took a whole day there and back through beautiful scenery) was exceptional for its mosaics - which my husband a keen archaeologist had never seen the like of anywhere. We would like to personally thank you Claudio, for arranging our special viewing area for the Easter procession in Ispica, which made us feel honoured to be part of your family celebrations. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay in this property and you will find it hard to find a more accommodating host than Claudio! Grazie Claudio!

A private, perfectly equipped and beautifully designed property, minutes from the beach.
From the moment we walked through the gates of Gelsomino, we knew we were somewhere special. We were warmly greeted by the owners, Claudio and Viviana and their friend, Susan and her husband, who spoke perfect English and explained all we needed to know about the house and the area. They were all very kind and helpful to us and available on what's app anytime we had a query or were looking for a recommendation. The property is tastefully and beautifully designed, equipped with all the comfort and necessities that anyone could hope for. From the centrally piped music system and ambient lighting, to the food parcel upon arrival, to the many comfortable seating areas, well-equipped kitchen and immaculate linens, It was a joy for our family of four to spend a week here. It is a calming oasis, with a fantastic pool and the most wonderfully scented plants surrounding the whole property. Das Haus ist einfach super. Es gibt alles was man benötigt. Im Haus stand Wasser und Nudeln für uns bereit. Kochen mussten wir natürlich selber. 😎 Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 3 min erreichbar. Am Abend ist das ganze Haus sehr schön beleuchten. Vor allem der Pool Bereich.

Tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit
Wir waren im Juli zwei Wochen im Jasminhaus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und gerade der Außenbereich ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir haben den Pool sehr genossen und fanden die Liebe zum Details (Dekoration, Musik, Licht) richtig toll. Für die Erkundung der Umgebung ist ein Auto sinnvoll um auch andere Strandabschnitte zu besuchen, einzukaufen etc.. Die Kommunikation mit Claudio war top. Er war sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht und hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und deine Mühe!

Für alle die ,die Ruhe lieben ist diese Unterkunft wie geschaffen. Hatten regelmäßigen Kontakt zum Vermieter Claudio. Regelmäßig wurde nachgefragt ob wir etwas benötigen. Hatten das große Glück Claudios Eltern Salvatore und Tina kennenzulernen. Spontan wurden wir zum Grillen eingeladen. Von beiden wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Una settimana alla scoperta della Sicilia
Abbiamo visto le immagini di questa casa e ci è piaciuta subito. Soprattutto la piscina e lo spazio all'aperto avendo delle bambine e la vicinanza al mare. Appena arrivati ci ha accolto il padrone di casa super gentile e ci ha fatto vedere tutto confermando quello che ci aspettavamo e anzi nel frattempo erano state fatte delle migliorie. La casa è comoda e attrezzata con tutto. Lo spazio all'aperto è bellissimo e grazie alla posizione della casa abbiamo potuto girare non solo per andare al mare ma anche visitare Scicli, Modica, Ragusa, Vendicari e altro ancora. Assolutamente da consigliare sia per la casa in sé sia per la disponibilità e gentilezza dei padroni di casa. Speriamo di tornati presto

Soggiorno da favola
Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nel mese di Agosto in questa splendida location, a pochissimi passi dal mare di Santa Maria del Focallo. Al nostro arrivo i proprietari ci hanno accolti cordialmente facendoci sentire subito a casa. La sensazione che abbiamo avuto sin da subito é stata quella di un ambiente pulito,curato nei più minimi dettagli. Tutto era funzionante e fruibile senza problemi. Splendida la piscina privata e il solarium così come il giardino e la veranda antistante la cucina in cui abbiamo più volte cenato in un atmosfera surreale. Tutto ha rispecchiato fedelmente ciò che era rappresentato nelle foto e che era scritto nell'annuncio. I proprietari, mai invadenti, sono stati sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Non possiamo fare altro che ringraziare Claudio e Viviana per l'esperienza che ci hanno permesso di vivere. Ci auguriamo di poter tornare presto!

Esperienza indimenticabile
Settimana in famiglia presso questa bellissima struttura, curata nei minimi particolari e dotata di ogni comfort. Fantastico lo spazio esterno con piscina dove i nostri bambini hanno potuto divertirsi liberamente. Mare pulitissimo a pochi minuti a piedi. Claudio, il proprietario gentilissimo, sempre disponibile ma mai invadente. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato la dispensa già fornita di beni di prima necessità. Inoltre siamo stati coccolati con prosecco all'arrivo e ottimi gelatini artigianali il giorno antecedente la partenza. Esperienza indimenticabile. Consigliatissima.

Vacanza speciale!
La "Casa del gelsomino" ha tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere un soggiorno in pieno relax, accogliente e confortevole. Claudio, il proprietario è una persona molto disponibile e si prende cura degli ospiti in maniera impeccabile, guidandoli per l'intero soggiorno in ogni loro richiesta. La manutenzione viene fatta puntualmente in tutte le aree, che sono tante e permettono di trascorrere il soggiorno senza alcuna monotonia. Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo trovato bibite e frutta fresca in frigo, nonchè l'occorrente per la colazione ed un pasto iniziale. La pulizia di tutti gli ambienti sia interni che esterni nonchè della biancheria fornitaci era eccellente e nel pieno rispetto delle direttive COVID 19. Che dire, davvero difficile trovare un difetto! La consigliamo a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza in totale relax, vicino al mare che è veramente splendido e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla struttura.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Claudio gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von ihm begrüßt und haben ein kleines Begrüßungspaket bekommen, super! Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut, dass zum Kochen alles da war, Gewürze, Öl und alles zum Grillen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, der Außenbereich sehr gut gepflegt und einladend. In der Nähe gibt es viele Möglichkeiten für Tagesausflüge, zum Einkaufen und schöne Strände. Wir haben uns auch während eines heftigen Unwetters sehr sicher gefühlt, ein sehr stabiles Haus :) Claudio war auch jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat sich um uns gekümmert, wir haben uns sehr umsorgt gefühlt. Alles in Allem, ein wunderschöner privater Erholungsort, dem wir jeden empfehlen würden.

Das Haus ist klein aber fein, ein toller Pool zur eigenen Benutzung. Die Lage ist etwas abgeschieden, zu dieser Jahreszeit ist hier nichts mehr los. Die schönen Städte liegen alle im Umkreis von ca 1 Stunde. Es war eine schöne Woche und die Hausbesitzer waren jederzeit ansprechbar und haben sofort reagiert. Vielen Dank

Urlaub im September 2019
Es war wirklich sehr schön. Haus ist wie beschrieben, klein aber fein, sauber und schön ruhig. Im September keine Mücken und den Pool haben wir und im Besonderen unsere Tochter sehr genossen. Die Strände in der Nähe sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Für jeden etwas dabei ob Lido oder Natur. Und die Städte Noto und Syrakus sind mehr als einen Besuch wert. Zum Essen muss ich glaube ich nichts sagen, außer: dolce vita at its best. Claudio war immer verfügbar und sehr bemüht. Alles in allem uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert und sehr gerne wieder.

Unser Urlaub Mai-Juni 2019
Insgesamt hatten wir einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir haben viel unternommen und viele Städte besichtigt. Noto und Syrakus waren toll - die Cava Ispika können wir Naturliebhabern empfehlen und Pizza-Essen kann man im Basiliko Verde auf dem Weg nach Pozzallo super - ansonsten raten wir zum Al Barocco in Pozzallo. Claudio ist als Gastgeber sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Häuschen ist hübsch und sauber - sehr komplett ausgestattet. Der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung klein, aber fein und sauber. WLAN und Musik auf der Terrasse - toll. Das Häuschen ist sehr gut fotografiert - passt alles. Was man schnell übersieht ist, dass das Haus kein Wohnzimmer hat, man nur im Bett fernsehen kann (nur italienisches Programm) und man daher auf die Terrasse angewiesen ist. Da haben uns die Mücken wirklich aufgefressen. Wir konnten bei den Temperaturen noch in Jeans und mit Jacke sitzen - das geht im Hochsommer nicht mehr und Autan wird ein wahrer Freund. Bei der Beschreibung des Hauses muss man jedoch beachten - wie bei jeder Immobilie - Lage-Lage-Lage: und dieses Haus liegt in einer Art Schrebergartensiedlung mit teils sehr schönen Häusern, teils aber auch Bauruinen mit keinerlei Infrastruktur drum herum. Ohne Auto ist man komplett verloren - wenn man von einer kleinen Pizzeria und einem Mini-Minimarkt mal absieht. Das war ok - man muss halt fahren. Was uns deutlich gestört hat, war das nächtliche Hundegebell und die Karaokeshow der Pizzeria. Auf einsamen Grundstücken sind Hunde eingesperrt sowie wilde Hunde Nachts durch die Straßen ziehen. Und wo die dann aufeinandertreffen, gibt es stundenlanges Gebell und Geheule, so dass man nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen kann. Und die Karaokeshow am Wochenende ist echt laut und lang - wenn die Töne getroffen werden und man italienischen Schlager mag - sicher nett ;-) Wie geschrieben - Claudio kann für die Geräuschkulisse nichts - wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub.

Zauberhaftes, kleines Paradies mit Pool
Das Häuschen von Claudio und seiner überaus freundlichen Familie hat uns auf den ersten Blick sehr gut gefallen. Die sizilianische Gastfreundschaft war großartig, wir kamen spät abends an und fanden einen "gedeckten Tisch" für den nächsten Tag, Grazie tante, Cluadio & Famiglia! Das kleine Haus ist sehr praktisch und schön eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen und total sauber, der Gartenbereich eine Wucht, unglaublich schön und für warme Tage ein Paradies. Mückenschutz ist überall vorhanden, doch zum Einreiben empfehlenswert. Die Südostecke von Sizilien ist voller unglaublich toller Barockstädte und Kultur und Gaumenfreuden ohne Ende. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Lovely hospitable home
Claudio is a very responsive host who is in touch 24 hours and is always ready to help! He helped in solving all our questions. The house is located near the sea, literally 5 minutes walk. But before the big grocery stores and equipped beaches have to go by car. the house has everything from a first-aid kit to beach umbrellas! The same applies to the kitchen - a set of products, spices, oil, household chemicals, etc. We rented a large number of houses in different countries, but this one surpassed it looks better than in the picture, there are a lot of different locations for outdoor recreation. The house has everything you need to feel "at home", complete set of everything! Day two or three just can not go to the store)) Thank you, Claudio for our wonderful holiday, be sure to return!

Das Ferienhaus ist klasse. Wer Ruhe sucht der findet sie hier. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles notwendige vorhanden, sogar ein Begrüssungssekt. Der Vermieter ist super. Claudio und sein Vater sind stets um das Wohlbefinden bemüht, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Claudio hat gute Tipps für Touren und Besichtigungen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, so das ein Auto dringend zu empfehlen ist. Es sind aber auch Fahrräder und sogar Strandsachen (Schirm, Klappstühle, Luftmatrazen, Schwimmring) vorhanden. Danke Claudio, dass Du uns zu einem so entspannten Urlaub verholfen hast - gerne wieder 😀

wunderschönes Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe zum schönen Strand in Santa Maria del Focallo!
Dieses Ferienhaus ist einfach unglaublich und kaum in Worte zu fassen. Es ist sehr sauber, ideal für Familien oder Paare. Erholung pur am eigenen Pool oder am wunderschönen, flachabfallenden Strand von Santa Maria del Focallo (4 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt). Dieses Ferienhaus ist top ausgestattet: Kaffemaschine, voll ausgestattete Küche, Geschirrspülmaschine, grosser Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Esstisch, grosses Schlafzimmer mit Schrank und Fernseher und ein Kinderzimmer (2 Einzelbetten) mit Schrank und Fernseher, grosses Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die wunderschöne Veranda lädt zum Verweilen ein, entweder am Esstisch oder im Loungebereich. Es gibt sogar ein eigenes Cheminée für Grillabende mit der Familie. Im Aussenbereich findet man 3 Duschen, super fand ich die Dusche beim privaten und gedeckten Parkplatz, ideal wenn man vom Strand zurückkommt. Der Pool ist durch Glastrennwände abgesichert und die Glastür zum Poolbereich kann sogar abgeschlossen werden, sehr kinderfreundlich. 2 Fahrräder und diverses Strandzubehör wie Sonnenschirm, Kinderspielzeug und Luftmatratzen werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein ganz grosses Lob an den Vermieter Claudio und seine Familie, sehr hilfsbereit und unglaublich freundlich - so einen tollen Vermieter hatten wir noch nie!!! Es hat einen kleinen Mercato in Santa Maria del Focallo, die grösseren Einkäufe haben wir in Pozzallo erledigt (ca. 15 Fahrminuten entfernt). Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus einfach nur empfehlen! Es stimmt einfach alles und es waren wunderschöne und erholsame Tage. Grazie Claudio per il fantastico soggiorno! (non è ‚un addio‘ è ,un a presto‘)

Grazie alla Signora Karin, abbiamo trovato la nostra casetta più pulita ed ordinata di come l'abbiamo consegnata. Per un attimo abbiamo pensato che la casa non fosse mai stata abitata. Per non parlare che ci ha omaggiato di cioccolato svizzero, regalini per tutti noi direttamente dalla Svizzera. Grazie per averci scelto e speriamo di rivederci presto. Grazie Grazie Grazie

Perfect Vacation!
Thank Claudio & Family dir the great holiday. The house is just wonderful and for us (2 adults + 2 kids) just the right fit. We did miss anything and felt like home from the first minute. Only one bad thing - kids were not allowed to sleep in the pool 😆. We also enjoyed the BBQ with Salvatore + Family very much. We will for sure come back next year. Thanks a lot for everything again. Tiefenentspannt!
Sommerurlaub im Oktober... Leere Strände, leere Straßen, lebensfrohe Menschen und ein toller Vermieter. Stellt übrigens hervorragendes Olivenöl her, wir durften mit seiner Familie mit zur Ölmühle. Das "Wohnzimmer " draußen am Pool wollten wir gar nicht mehr verlassen...

Toller Urlaub in einem sehr gepflegtem Haus
Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht .Eignet sich zum Erholen und Abschalten.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Anwesen ,der Pool und die Räumlichkeiten sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Besonders hat uns die Freundlichkeit unseres Vermieters Claudio gefallen der immer für uns da war. Er hat uns gute Ideen für Ausflüge gegeben und dafür gesorgt dass es uns an nichts fehlt.Das Anwesen kann ich nur empfehlen.

Besser geht es nicht
Wir können uns nur den vorangegangenen Bewertungen anschließen. Viviana, Claudio und sein Vater sind nicht nur sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sondern kümmern sich um alle Wünsche der Gäste. Dabei sind sie aber niemals aufdringlich. Es beginnt schon bei der Ankunft, wo ein voller Kühlschrank mit Obst, Wasser, Bier, Prosecco, (sogar Schnaps) wartet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden: von Gewürzen und Kaffee bis zur Luftmatratze, Sonnenschirmen und zwei Fahrrädern, mit denen man sofort zum Strand (ist in Fußnähe, aber mehr als 5 km lang) aufbrechen kann. Das Haus und der Außenbereich sind geschmackvoll bis ins Detail gestaltet. Um alle sehenswerten Städte, allen voran Noto und Syrakusa (mein Favorit: Modica), zu sehen und außerdem noch Strand, Pool, Barbeque (mit lounge-music) genießen zu können, ist eine Woche sehr knapp bemessen. Wir werden daher eines Tages nochmals kommen.

We had a fantastic stay and we can only recommend this great place! Firstly I would like to mention how welcomed Claudio made us feel from the start through an excellent communication all the way and welcome pack with everything that you need when you reach your holiday destination. This house is extremely well equipped, very very clean and a lot of attention was brought to details that really make a difference to your stay. Molto bella la casa, funzionale e con tutto il necessario. Bellissima la parte giardino veranda, con anche la musica e le piante per l'aroma-terapia. Ma il vere valore aggiunto è la fantastica piscina privata. Fantastici i proprietari, cortesissimi e disponibilissimi. All'arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare già il frigo con le bevande e altri articoli per la cucina; mentre alla partenza ci hanno omaggiato con dei gelati i artigianali. Siamo stati veramente benissimo.!!! Grazie.

Was soll man sagen...? Sehr modernes, toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus an der schönen Südküste Siziliens! Alles da, was man braucht, inklusive Luxus-Privat-Pool und Lounge-Area im eigenen Garten. Tolles Licht-Konzept, Musik-Anlage mit Boxen überall, Barbecue-Bereich, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, gut ausgestattete Küche. Lebensmittel reichlich vorhanden bei Ankunft und insgesamt eine tolle Betreuung durch die Gastgeber Claudio und Viviana. Noch zu erwähnen der sehr sympatische "Nonno" Salvatore (spricht ein gutes schwäbisches Deutsch) und die süßen Zwillinge. Sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle. Des weiteren waren Fahrräder mit einem Kindersitz vorhanden, um die nahen Strände unkompliziert zu erreichen. Super mit Familien mit kleineren Kindern (Pool-Bereich ist durch Glasscheiben sicher abgetrennt; Strand flach abfallend).. Gute Ausgangsbasis für jegliche Ausflüge im Süden und Südosten. Wir trauern der tollen Zeit dort immer noch hinterher und werden definitiv wiederkehren!!! Mille Grazie per tutto!!!

fantastisches Haus mit fantastischen Vermietern
Wir haben das Haus, nach den Umbauarbeiten im Außenbereich, gemietet. Die neuen Fotos geben einen guten Eindruck von der wundervoll gestalteten Veranda. Viviana und Claudio haben an viele kleine Details, wie Musik oder eine tolle Beleuchtung, gedacht. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wurde an uns in einem top Zustand übergeben. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen. Wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, ist die Gastfreundschaft von Viviana, Susan und Claudio hervorragend. Sie kümmern sich fürsorglich um ihre Mieter. Claudio zeigte mir bereits am zweiten Tag mit seinem Auto einige schöne Plätze in der näheren Umgebung. Mehrmals wurden wir mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten beschenkt. Über den kompletten Zeitraum hinweg, waren wir im regelmäßigen Kontakt mit Claudio und Susan, die sich immer wieder nach unserem Wohlergehen erkundigten. Bessere Vermieter haben wir bislang auf keiner anderen Reise gehabt. Die Gegend um das Haus herum ist typisch italienisch, wer Ruhe sucht ist vollkommen richtig. Die schönsten Städte im näheren Umfeld sind unserer Meinung nach Marzamemi, Scicli und Syrakus (Ortigia). Sollte man gesehen haben. Die Strände und die Wasserqualität in der Umgebung des Hauses sind fantastisch. Wir möchten uns vielmals bei Viviana, Susan und Claudio bedanken, wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub mit wirklich exzellenten Vermietern. Grazie mille ;-)

Maison agréable avec une belle terrasse. une toute petite piscine mais la plage est toute proche ! A notre arrivée nous avons trouvé un panier garni de spécialités locales ainsi que des fruits et légumes " made in Sicile " Susan est adorable et super dispo . elle nous a donné tous les lieux à ne pas manquer ainsi que de précieux conseils .

Fantastisch
Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben, was nicht beschrieben wird, ist die fantastische Gastfreundschaft von Claudio, seiner Frau und seiner Übersetzerin Susan. Am Beginn der von uns gebuchten Woche haben wir uns mit Claudio am Haus verabredet. Das Haus wurde uns in einem extrem sauberen Zustand übergeben, was uns aber von den Socken haute, war folgendes: Der Kühlschrank war mit Getränke gefüllt, Claudios Frau überreichte uns eine Begrüßungskiste mit lokalen Spezialitäten, die Küche war voll ausgestattet mit z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Kaffee, Nudeln, Saucen etc. Darüber hinaus stand ein großer Fruchtkorb bereit. Kurz gesagt, es fehlt uns an nichts. Claudio hat sich bei dem kleinsten Problem, was wir hatten ( Restaurantsuche, Suche nach einer Sportsbar), rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir bedauern, dass wir nicht zwei Wochen in dem Haus gebucht haben. Auch auf diesem Weg noch mal herzlichen Dank an Claudio und seine Frau sowieso Susan für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.
