We were three adults and they provided an additional bed that wasn’t set up properly and collapsed- luckily no one was hurt and we could put it up properly. "We had a lovely two night stay here. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We planned to take a train to Ragusa and they took us to the train. Unfortunately the train wasn’t running(beware trains in Silicy!). Salvo came back and got us and then they got us a car service with fifteen minutes. Incredible! Yeah to Salvo and the entire staff."

"Pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous space... unexpected private terrace in the center of the floor we stayed at, antiques and art, beautifully appointed rooms with comfortable beds and spacious showers. Diana was endlessly patient and helpful. For us, the best feature of the hotel is the rooftop terrace where a sunset aperitivo is a must to watch the surrounding buildings glow as the sun dips. (I loved the elderflower spritz called a Hugo.) Accessibility-wise, we were met by a valet who carried in our bags. There is a standard-sized elevator on the ground floor. Self-parking was a white-knuckle affair for us, but we were rewarded with an excellent lunch & beer at a cafe directly next to the parking lot. Noto is so lovely and we had our best dining experiences here. "
