"The Hotel was spotlessly clean and excellently located for walking to local restaurants and the lake. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and it was defiantly service with a smile. Excellent value for money and we would certainly stay again when we revisit the area."

"We had a wonderful time in Passignano! The house was even better than the pictures, and we loved everything about it. The kitchen was very well equipped. although we didn’t cook as there were so many excellent restaurants by the lake. Our stay was fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.Rossella, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful with everything we needed or any questions we had. The train station was 10 minutes walk from the house and we took the opportunity to go to Perugia another beautiful city.I honestly cannot fault the property. Passignano itself is such a beautiful and picturesque town I cannot wait to go back! "

"Great rest stop on our way to Rome. There is no direct access to the lake (it's about a 2 km walk/drive from the hotel), but the hotel is clean and nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the free continental breakfast was wonderful! Great selection of pastries, and two very excellent coffee/cappuccino machines. Overall, a great place to rest, in a quiet, peaceful area."
