Typical stone cottage with large garden and private parking space

"As a family, we had a great time in this house. It's spacious, has a lovely garden and near to amenities like a bakery and a super market. Altough the kitchen is small, it is very ell equiped. All the rooms have airconditioning, which was a great advantage during our stay, as temperatures were quite high. Contact with the host was efficient and good.The only issue we experienced was some difficulty regulating the water temperature in the showers. But we would absolutely recommend this house!"

"An absolute gem. A family run hotel where every effort is made to make the clients stay as comfortable as possible. We were able to use the pool from morning to night, the room was spotless and the air-conditioning worked wonders in very hot conditions. Also plenty of car parking. We did find the wifi a little weak, but that an absolutely zero problem."

"Our family had an amazing stay, and this home exceeded every expectation. The listing photos are completely accurate, but the property and views are even more impressive in person.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had every amenity we needed. The pool was warm and perfect for relaxing, and the rooftop terrace quickly became our favorite place to unwind while taking in the incredible scenery. We were also pleasantly surprised that there were virtually no bugs, so we enjoyed the outdoor spaces every day.Marta was an exceptional host. She greeted us upon arrival and departure, answered every question we had, and made us feel completely at home. She stocked the kitchen with breakfast foods and homemade treats, which was such a thoughtful welcome after a long travel day. The welcome packet was extremely helpful, and her restaurant recommendations were perfect for our family.She also arranged rental car delivery to the property and set us up with a private chef dinner and wine tasting, both of which were highlights of our trip.Every detail reflected Marta’s care and hospitality. This home wasn’t just a place to stay—it helped make our Italian vacation absolutely perfect. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Umbria."

"In general a good place to stay. Excellent pool and pool area to relax. Good location easy access to station and town and good parking provision. Initial room offer not so good but we were able to move to a much nicer room with no problem.Buffet breakfast good with many options. The only downside is no WiFi in the rooms but good WiFi in communal areas."

"The hotel is a minute's walk from the lake and 5 minutes to the train station. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was good, compared to the typical Italian continental fare. There's a small refrigerator in the room, but unfortunately, no kettle."
