"The Good: The apartment itself is beautiful, exceptionally spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need for a multi-day stay. The central location is fantastic, allowing you to easily walk everywhere. What Needs Improvement: - Air Conditioning: While the unit does have AC, it unfortunately struggles to keep up when it is very hot outside. "Pretty basic apartment- 2 beds and a small kitchen area. There is a narrow staircase to get to the apartment which can be tricky with bags (there is a small lift but you need to go down some stairs to get to). Check in process was smooth and you can open the outer door via an app, but the door to the apartment was tricky to open."

"We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. Such a comfortable master bedroom and a great size sofa bed in the lounge. Washing machine available but we didn’t need to use it. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Verona.
