"This hotel is so handy for the main railway station in Verona, as it is only a 5 minute walk. Have stayed before so chose it again as we were catching a train the next morning. Room was large and the air con was very welcome. Comfy large bed and nice pillows. Breakfast was also very good."

"On check in we were given a room at the front of the building the traffic noise was terrible - we asked to change and were told it wasn’t possible but the staff did agree that the noise s terrible! We tried to stay in the room but I went again to ask to change to another room and was told that as we had used the room it wasn’t possible but there might be an option the next day - I insisted that they check again and if not we’d try another hotel. The receptionist was really nice and said it would be possible but for a fee 20euro so I paid to change! However, if they were prepared to change the room the next day for nothing but that day I had to pay 20euro - not good customer satisfaction but we were too tired to argue!"

"Spacious, clean, nice look, quiet. Shower rims did have build up of water residue though but the overall experience was great. Location is convenient too with so many bus and train links next to the hotel."
