In addition to the main house, there is an attached mother-in-law suite with its own separate living area (with sofa sleeper), kitchenette, full bathroom, & bedroom.

This elevated single-level home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property It's beautiful. The living space was large enough for our extended family to hang out... The neighborhood is super nice and just a short distance to a beautiful beach! The only thing we didn't realize is that guest house has to walk through one of the bedrooms in order to get to the main house.. We were there with all family so it worked for us! Overall we loved the house!! Thanks!
Our family, now grown and growing the next generation, still finds isle of Palms the perfect place to find our best beach get away to just beach and birds and marsh. The no-hassle quiet was incredibly enhanced with our very family friendly stay in this home. The best part turned out to be the mother-in-law suit where our younger son, his wife and our 16 month old grandson slept. With this side’s 2 bedrooms, a small but very efficient kitchen open to their own sitting area, full bath & w/d, they could wake early to distance work, while having all the mid-cons at their finger tips…meanwhile in the rest of the house…grandparents and uncle could wake and enjoy our toddler and all the fun noise of his play. Large family meals were super easy on our side, in the well-appointed kitchen and at the large dining table. And beach access was a breeze, as are Sullivans Island and the surrounding Charleston area. Wonderful host communication from start to finish makes our staying here again a promise!
The house was great for family of 7, we could tell it was newer build location. But just fell flat in the wow department. Dishes are not well thought out for people to use; no bowls per se to use for cereal. Too much real glassware. Living room furniture was AWFUL for sitting around to watch a movie with family. The couch was absolutely uncomfortable to sit on. For a 9 night stay it’s a big deal! I will say the kitchen table was big and used daily instead of sitting in the living area. With all the great homes around with great landscaping and yards kept up, it just felt underwhelming for close to 1000 per night with all the fees. My family had a great week on Isle of Palms but will look a little more closely next time
We stayed in this house 2 years ago and it was perfect for our family so we wanted to return. Working with Charleston Vacay was a very positive experience. Check in went smoothly. We received all codes and necessary information about an hour before check in. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. Appliances worked well. The big dining table is a plus for us. Good game area as well plenty of space for meals. Bathrooms were clean and all tv’s worked well. Plenty of space in garage for 2 cars. We really enjoyed the pool/spa. The walk to the beach is easy and safe. Beautiful neighborhood. Good family vacation spot.
