This was such a clean, charming, and quaint 2 bedroom house with plenty of room and all the amenities. Location was great and the neighborhood felt safe. I would recommend this property to others! The host was easy to contact and very accommodating. We had zero issues!
This was a great place to stay in Charleston. It was very close to town and a short walk to coffee in the mornings. The house had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The only drawback we found was the construction on the building across the street. It was very loud at times especially in the mornings, which was no fault of the owners just an inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again when in Charleston.
AMAZING Property and location!! The home was beautiful and so comfortable. After walking the city each day and exploring, shopping and dining we really enjoyed a glass of wine on the covered patio to chat about our day and plan the next! The property manager was responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend to others.
The house was very clean and is just like the pictures. There were plenty of towels for myself and 2 daughters. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The a/c worked very well. The layout was perfect with my daughters having the top bedroom to themselves and the bottom floor felt like my own space. The location was ideal and felt very safe. We walked to College of Charleston, King St. and the other touristy spots in the city.
This home is absolutely stunning! The renovations are so well done and really make for a pristine property. It was extremely clean. Free designated parking spot right outside the door for convenience. We were glad we had a rental car to head down to Folly Beach and over to Mount Pleasant, but I’m sure you could get around the area with ride shares easy enough as well. Cookware, Tupperware, dishes, and coffee are provided, but be sure to supply your own spices, coffee creamer, etc. The hosts were very responsive. Our only complaints are minor— the small size of the TV in the upstairs bedroom and the proximity to an ER (occasional ambulance & flight medic noise), but we would absolutely stay here again. (A sound machine is provided in the upstairs bedroom nightstand.) We almost didn’t want to leave the property to go sightsee because it’s so nice and comfortable! SO thrilled to have stayed here!
Property was extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked with items needed, location of property was great for what we needed and off street parking was available.
Loved the layout, nice new kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable place to stay for the week. Walkable neighborhood but it was very convenient to have a rental car for more excursions and the house has a private parking spot in the back, which is a great feature in Charleston where parking is at a premium.
This was such an awesome property to staybat during our short visit to CHS for CofC orientation. The property is super clean and extremely well appointed! We will definitely be back! Property manager was extremely helpful & responded within minutes of any inquiry we had. Location (adjacent to MUSC) & parking were also great!
The home is absolutely beautiful. It has all the charm of the original home with modern conveniences. Very comfortable for 2 couples. The home has a designated parking spot in the rear which eliminates the search for street parking. The location is also great, as it is close to downtown, James Island, and West Ashley. MUSC is constructing a new building further down the road, so it is a bit loud at this time (October 2025), but that is only a short term inconvenience.
Lovely house! Great arrangement for a weekend away with another couple. Construction nearby was a little loud once or twice during the night, but that isn’t the fault of the home owner. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!
Our overall impression of the property as listed was excellent. Pictures were accurate and the cleanliness was outstanding. Location was really close to all restaurants and historic sites. Unfortunately one situation lowered our rating. The city was installing a new waterr pipe and closed our street to do overnight loud...very loud and blaring light construction ALL night. Also the construction at the Medical Center was noisy but we did get a heads up about that in one of the reviews. Not sure how that might have been avoided so it was just perhaps an unusual event. Overall property was beautiful and we would recommend to others
