Welcome to our beautiful Seaside Sanctuary, located in the desirable Grand Pavilion section of Wild Dunes. This location offers all of the amenities of Wild Dunes while maintaining peace and tranquility. Our home is located one row off the Boardwalk and just steps away from the Grand Pavilion ocean front pools, dining and shopping. As our guests, you have full access to the Boardwalk ocean front pools. Across the street are the top ranked Wild Dunes tennis center, bike shop and Harbor golf course.
This 4BR/4BA home affords guests their own private suite with private bathroom and flat screen TV. Bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to store luggage and share space with smaller children if needed. The 2 master bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with two Double/full beds are located on the first floor and on the fourth floor. The fourth floor Master has a private balcony with ocean views. The second floor offers two bedrooms with four Full/double beds total, each with a private bathroom.
The newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen sits just off the living room and can accommodate nine for a seated dinner with 4bar stools and the dining table that seats 6 comfortably. In addition to the flat screen smart TV in the living room, we offer WiFi throughout the house. Just off the living room you will find a lovely porch with additional seating that overlooks the courtyard. On the porch, you can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or glass of wine while listening to the sounds of the ocean!
Additionally, there is a full sized stacked washer and dryer on the first floor and a top of the line HVAC system affording you plenty of AC when you return from the beach.
There is ample parking for 3 vehicles in the garage as well as an outside shower to wash off any excess sand prior to entering the house.
We take pride in our beautiful home and personally manage it ourselves ensuring that its well kept and immaculate. We invite you to be our guests and we will make every effort for you to enjoy a stress free, fun filled vacation with your family and friends!

This condo is exceptional, plenty of space in Wild Dunes. Condo was immaculate! Next to the beach and close to all of the amazing resort amenities. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more personable. Special thanks to the nice lady in the boutique at the Sweet Grass Inn! She was so welcoming and kind with our purchases!! Also thank you to the nice lady that would bring me a cup of coffee to go every morning! I 100% recommend this property!!

This was the perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate 5 of our family’s birthdays, ages 5-84.
Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal or two.

15th bday staycation
Perfect little in-town getaway for the weekend. We just live over in Mt Pleasant but wanted to do a special weekend "away" for our daughter's 15th birthday. My husband and I hosted my daughter and a handful of her friends for a sleepover and beach/pool time. The house was perfectly arranged for this. We took the top floor bedroom, and slept soundly while the girls all took the bedrooms on the lower floors. PLENTY of bathroom space for 8 girls to get ready for dinner all at once. The beach is as described - a 60-second walk from the condo. The pools are nice too, and the beach bar/grill right there at the pools is super convenient, although very expensive. As other reviewers have stated, the carpet throughout the unit is old, but I understand it's being replaced this fall. That upgrade will make this home complete! Wish we could have stayed longer, but it was super last minute and just what we needed for a memorable weekend!

Close to everything!
Perfect location for having two toddlers! Right near the pool, park, beach, and restaurants. Having access to all of these things within a short walk makes life so much easier with little kids and minimizes time in the car and maximizes time with family!
Loved that the bedrooms are large and on different floors, which allows for more privacy. Kitchen and living area are not huge but perfect for a beach place and encourages us to spend more time outside!
