Nice Getaway

This condo was great! We stay at Amelia Landings just about every year, but this is the 1st year we've stayed in this particular unit. This unit was more modern on the inside, with the floors, furniture & decor which I appreciated; it was refreshing. Jackie was a phone call/text away whenever I needed her and also went above and beyond to help us get an item we left in the unit. I would def stay here again!!

Great location!!

Very accommodating owner, very clean, screen porch on back of unit gives you the feeling you are in a rain forest, close to salt water pool, easy walk to the beach, well stocked with dishes for families who cook, even a crock pot (great for when you get back from the beach)!

The property was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. But, what really set this property apart from others was how well stocked it was for the guests. The owner was thoughtful and intentional about making sure that she considered and met the needs of the guests. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect Family Gathering

My wife and I were joined by her sister and brother-in-law for a 5 night stay at Amelia Landing. The first floor unit was perfect for our needs. We greatly enjoyed the wonderful screened porch. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a bathroom. The kitchen and living space met all our needs. Amelia Landings is a very quiet location yet a short walk of less than 10 minutes to the beach. Directly across the street is an access point to the Greenway walking trails. This is our second visit to Amelia Landing and we plan to return.

We came for a few days to visit with mom in her new assisted living home on Amelia Island - and also wanted to be able to spend some time at the beach. Great location. We would stay here again. Loved the free kerugh cups that are provided

There is nothing to say other than this is a great place to stay! Jackie is a super host and the unit was really comfortable and very well equipped. There was everything you would need to go to the beach or just hang inside and relax. Great wifi and tv. Super stay!

Great Place!

Jackie was a great host! This property is in a perfect location. Just off the beaten path enough to offer privacy, but still super convenient in proximity to the beaches and restaurants. Very clean with updated touches. Would definitely recommend and will for sure stay again.

A great stay

The place was lot bigger than I expected, very clean and stocked with just about everything you need. The screened in patio was a joy to have coffee on in the morning, and just a five min walk to the beach. Anything you could possibly need was within 5 minutes of the location. The two bathrooms made it easy to get ready to go,the kitchen was just like home,the whole place was . Having a washer and dryer in-house was great,and a tv in the bedroom was the cherry on top.

Great location, building was quiet, and parking was easy. Close to grocery store and the beach. Cute condo - owners thought of everything to include (even coffee k-cups and sugar!). Master bed was on the firmer side with memory foam mattress. Screened porch was nice too. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay!

My family stayed at this beautiful condo near Fernandina Beach. It was so accommodating including the two twin beds for my two boys (ages 11&10). They loved the room! Me and my partner enjoyed the relaxation of the screened porch and recliners. The condo included lots of board games and we had a "family" board game night with pizza! Location is amazing! Close to beach, restaurants, and swimming pool. The pool was clean and warm...so nice!! Definitely will come back next year and will recommend Mrs. Jackie to family and friends!

Lovely clean condo in perfect location!

This condo was immaculate.....bright, clean, and well stocked. Everything you need from kitchen supplies and coffee bar to beach supplies. New furniture and appliances as well as rain shower heads in both bathrooms. Location is perfect and close to beach, restaurants and grocery. By far the best condo we have stayed in on Amelia Island. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Great condo and location

The condo was very clean, well stocked, and decorated nicely. The bed was also very comfortable. The back screened porch is a nice bonus. The complex was well maintained and quiet and included a pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Getting to the downtown was easy, and there are plenty of public beach accesses nearby. Also, for bike riders, the greenway trail is directly across the street and we rode it all the way to Fort Clinch Park. Lots of nature to be seen.

Cozy 2BR Condo

Cozy condo 2 blocks from the beach. Ample parking. Pool was clean and monitored by staff. Condo was as advertised on VRBO. Host supplied beach towels and beach chairs (along with a wagon for hauling) for use at the beach. Host provided a coffee bar and you could enjoy your cup of coffee while relaxing on the screened in patio. Stackable washer and dryer is available in the unit.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

My husband and I needed a place to stay in the Fernandina Beach area for about 5 days (we initially came down from Michigan to attend a memorial service, then decided to add some extra days just to relax). Our daughter and her husband ended up joining us for a few days. We all absolutely loved the condo! Everything we needed was provided. The screened in back porch was such a pleasant spot to retreat to. We were more than satisfied. A lovely place, and a great place to call home for a few days.

Perfect girls weekend getaway

The accommodations is exactly as listed. The location was within walking distance to the beach. The unit itself was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, coffee bar stocked, beach buggy provided with 4 beach chairs, plenty of board games…. Clearly the host has thought of everything that a guest would need. The screened in patio was a great place to have breakfast in the morning and drinks at night. We had a great stay and would definitely want to rent this place again the next time we’re back in town. Jackie was a great host. She was very responsive and gave great suggestions.
