"Not exactly what you see online Doesn’t smell very nice Would not recommend for family Entrance is sketchy - a lot of homeless , drugs user and dealers hanging around the area the entrance - constantly being harassed for money , people high My teenage daughter was not comfortable The room was not cleaned properly Fridge was not cleaned out , food left Tv was not working Has potential needs works not what you see online for sure - it’s cute , convenient to “Huntington place convention Staff ladies were not in the mood had lazy attitude Didn’t want to be there . I travel to Michigan 2-3 year Don’t think I will go back The one guys I think he is the manager her was pleasant."

"Showers were lukewarm at best! Tried taking showers at different times of the day and evening and they were always lukewarm never could get them hot. "

"I stayed for four days and three nights and my room was never cleaned. I went to the front desk, it was registered, and they still didn't clean it. I had to call again because there was no toilet paper. They never took out the trash."

"The paint in the room was chipping, the phone did not work, the pull out bed was missing and the couch was so raggedy, and the management talks so disrespectful to the staff. A baby came to our door crying with no adult around for a few minutes and another lady and some kids knocked on our door and turned the handle to try to open it! This hotel is raggedy, I am never staying at another Comfort Inn again, the price was cheap and that was the only positive, but it would have been worth it to pay more money for a more comfortable stay, and let’s not forget the kids that ran up and down the hallway everyday early in the morning, and we had to wait for towels and washcloths to get dry to get fresh ones!"
