"WOWWW… I would give this place 10 starts if I could! We were blown away by the beautiful views, the delicious food and the phenomenal service. From the moment we got to the dock, it was absolutely amazing. The catamaran ride was so relaxing and beautiful. Our butlers, ERICK & EDGAR were AMAZING. So attentive & so helpful. They made the whole trip go by so smoothly. Showed us around the resort and booking/canceling reservations. They were there for anything we needed. Alicia & Janita at the spa gave us amazing massages. One of the best massages of our lives & we get them often. Isaac was so fun!! He was there during the night time events like karaoke night and the fire show & he was just so fun and nice. Honestly, everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. We truly felt like royalty. They went above and beyond to make sure we were having an amazing time. Renting a golf cart is a MUST. The south point of the island is stunnning! Pay the $8 to go down for a closer look. We went downtown too and ate at Lola Valentina— amazing! As far as food goes, UNIK was our favorite. Their breakfast is delicious and for dinner we loved their beef filet, short ribs and their soups! The cacao coffee shop was great as well. We got the ocean view signature room. It was beautiful! The AC actually worked very well unlike most hotels/resorts where it’s either too cold or too hot. The beds were so comfy & I’m very picky about that. This resort has set the bar very high for future travel!"

"I’ve been to Isla Mujeres multiple times and this was definitely one of my favorite stays! Sofia was super helpful and made everything very smooth throughput the trip. I’d highly recommend the house. "

"Literally everything as promised. House was spacious, clean, and in the perfect part of the island. Check in and check out was flawless. Jan Carlos couldn’t have been a more helpful on-site manager. Can’t wait to go back."

"The unit was very clean and spacious. The views from each of the three balconies was incredible. The pool was impeccable and never crowded. An access to the ocean for swimming or snorkeling is available just across the street.Although the unit is located on the "quiet" side of the island, several restaurants are within walking distance. Delia, the Home Manager, was amazingly responsive and along with César, the housekeeper, provided an outstanding quality of service."

"This is such a cute boutique-style hotel. It has a very charming, old-fashioned feel—almost like a cozy “grandma-style” aesthetic with pottery, flowers, and lots of character. If you appreciate that kind of style, you’ll really love it. Just don’t expect a modern, super sleek, open-concept hotel—it’s more unique, with small staircases and a layout that adds to the charm. The pool was absolutely stunning, and being right off the beach made it even better. It’s a perfect spot for relaxing and taking beautiful pictures. There’s also a hammock on the back porch with an incredible view, which was honestly one of the highlights. The room had a refrigerator, which was very convenient, and the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and sweet—they really added to the experience. The only real downside was the TV, which was basically unusable. Overall, it was a really lovely stay. For a boutique-style hotel experience, I’d definitely rate it a 10/10."

"Never used the hot tub. The place was older but nice. The location was near where we wanted to be but the road to the property was terrible. It was a bumpy gravel dirt road, not lit up at night."

"This was our second time staying, we loved it so much the first time, we stayed 11 days the second. We will not be returning again.The unit was not maintained, it was one thing after another for the entire time. The constant problems had a very negative impact on our hard earned vacation. The listing is not accurate, the washing machine never has worked, the entire condo smells like sewage, the tv in the living room didn’t work, the stove stopped working, the grill didn’t have gas and then didn’t work properly with gas, the downstairs bathroom shower was missing a door…….I could keep going.There were nonstop problems and it affected everything about our stay. The owner lied to me saying everything is working, because I I asked before we even left on vacation.The bar across the road has VERY loud music 12-9pm every single day. Thank goodness we brought a sound machine for our six year old or none of us would have had rest.As much as the views are incredible, it was a ripoff and we don’t go on vacation to constantly deal with someone else’s problems and excuses."
