"Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent, huge amount of choice, omelettes made fresh for you, barista coffee, bacon, sausage, large selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, baked goods, pancakes, waffles, freshly squeezed fruit juice and more besides. The pool was a delight, and a good size - open 'til 10pm when we were there, you may well have it all to yourself for an evening swim. Some guests had a habit of putting down towels on sun loungers and disappearing for hours, preventing them from being used - but this isn't the hotel's fault. The service was excellent, really accommodating, allowing for early check-in/ late check out subject to availability. The hotel also provided a wonderful birthday surprise for my husband which was really special and much appreciated. It's a 20 minute walk into the centre, which wasn't a problem for us, and well worth it for the hotel. Thank you for such a lovely stay!"

"Hotel was in a good location and walkable to everything. Room was comfortable with huge bed. Unfortunately the wardrobe door came off and although they got someone to fix it quickly, the top hinge came off again straight away so had to be careful. There was also an issue with the bathroom door not staying shut and banging when opened due to missing rubber stopper. However, to be fair, they did offer to change our room, but we declined. Towels were nice and soft and the fridge and tea making facilities were very useful. Noisy, early evening, but quiet at night. Overall, a pleasant stay. "

"Rooms were extra clean and great job from cleaning staff who kept our rooms clean everyday. Hotel property is clean and big away from traffic and hectic and just on right place to excess all the activities and tourists spots. Overall Resort is nice and family friendly Highly recommended "

"The staff were amazing, clean room everytime I returned and best part is the champagne they sent to my room for my birthday even though I didn’t mention it to them. It’s the details they pay attention to. I felt safe as well for a lady traveling solo."

"Our room.was upgraded to a superior which had a little living room, a nice addition! The property is very new so perfectly clean and fresh. Location around 20 mins walk to the centre, with some good local tapas restaurants nearby. Warm welcome and quick check-in, we also had parking included in the cost which was practical for our needs. Great price, great staff- would visit again!"

"My first single room 217 was clean but little access to sides of bed, side lights didn’t work, and almost impossible to access wardrobe as tight squeeze by table. The bathroom was large but a tiny bath. However, the noise was horrendous from both sides with every flush of toilet, shower, basin and people talking, laughing loudly. Sounds of piano, singing from the Reception tv echoed up and older people talking late at night. I found it a nightmare with no insulation ! They did supply a kettle, as requested, with sachets. The staff kindly changed my room to a single 223 roadside, which was much better. More accesible/spacious wardrobe and large shower. The room was discreetly tidied each day with clean towels, if needed and the body lotion was luxurious. Also nice handwash, shampoo, conditioner. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wonderful choice, bright dining area with tables cleared rapidly. Quite out of the main town, so lots of walking/bus trips and checking-in, etc can be slow as only one receptionist. The staff were smiling and very helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay in a lovely hotel. Seville is a very beautiful city with much to see and beautiful parks and a regular and efficient bus service."
