Great Hotel

Great stay. Given complementary drink tickets for the bar on arrival. Rooms clean and comfortable, restaurant onsite with a great breakfast menu. Sports bar on site where it’s nice to have a drink prior to retiring in the evening. Every single staff person we encountered was happy and polite. Class act!!

Location was great. Close enough to the action to walk, but far enough that it was quiet. Loved that you could hang out at their sister property’s beach club. Highly recommend this hotel.

No one's home.

The hotel was very well set it. It was welcoming once we found it. It is a little tucked away off the main street. Intial service was very friendly. Since we arrived early, our room was not ready so we left our bags with reception and took to the town. When we came back, there was no one at reception, no response via their direct line and we struggled to get our key and access the room. Other than that, happy with our stay.

Good location - Horrible amount of noise.

The Hotel is really pretty, the staff is friendly. BUT the amount of noise is terrible. I understand that it is located on the Main Street coming into town, but better doors and windows would have made the rooms in the front tower way more comfortable. It is not the hotel to go to if you want a few days of rest. We had to change rooms because the first room had no hot water and the ceiling fan was broken, the staff was accommodating and moved us to another room (although the second room water was barely room temp warm). Great location in regards to the ferry and the plaza, if that is what you are looking for. But again, not the hotel for some days of peace and quiet.

We had a nice stay here. Very pretty facility and building. The included breakfast in the connected restaurant was great, and the restaurant staff was very friendly. We did have bed bugs, but thats not entirely in their control. When we let the staff know they moved us to a new room right away. :) The outdoor area around the pool is beautiful and has lots of small wildlife: you can spot gheckos and birds in the surrounding trees. Our water was having some issues and wouldnt work somtimes. But I think that may have just been because they were doing some work on the system. The two kitties that live there are super sweet and cute. Overall it was a nice stay, the island is beautiful!!

We only stayed one night. The reception was very friendly, but it rained that night and we had no shower, no sink or no toilet for a couple hours. Then our door handle came off, couldn’t leave until that was fixed and that took a while to have someone come out. Apparently the owner of the building lives in America and didn’t seem in a rush to fix our door. The showers n sink eventually worked after the rain. But our room was clean and had a nice balcony.

El lugar está muy bonito, solo está muy descuidado el servicio. Las sábanas no se veían limpias, no nos dejaron papel higiénico, shampoo, ni jabón de cuerpo. La tele no tenía internet y tampoco canales disponibles, esto creo que es por la ubicación. La última noche empezó a fallar el agua, minutos antes de salir se fue el agua. El lugar tiene mucho potencial, pero si es necesario prestar atención a estos detalles.

Très bel endroit et le staff est incroyable. Endroit tranquille en plein milieu du centre-ville de Holbox. Facilité pour se déplacer et aller un peu partout. Le seul petit problème était un manque d'eau froide et de pression ainsi que la piscine était non-fonctionnelle durant les 3 premiers jours... Mais aussinon, ce fût merveilleux

Intet særligt

Hotellet er meget middel og ikke noget særligt. Indgangspartiet og caféen er flot og nyt, men resten er ret gammelt og på grænsen til slidt. Særligt vores badeværelse var en smule ulækkert med efterladte hår i badet og manglende toiletbørste, hårtørrer osv. desuden var poolen fyldt med blade
