Our air con was broken but the manager DIEGO was absolutely brilliant and sorted things for us straight away in a very friendly and professional manner.
the food is really nice with a good choice and high quality, and there is also plenty for the kids to do, and the entertainment in the evenings was really good.
We would return to this hotel."

Plenty of sun loungers and space. Nice shop on site with all the essentials and more, they also make cooked pizzas.
The location is very good with a 10 minute walk to the main strip, far enough away that it’s a quiet location."

What can I say -- you cannot improve on perfection.
All staff, without exception, gave excellent and friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble. Particular mention is made of events organiser. She was friendly, informative and had researched all her talks.
