"The staff were excellent. The room was spotless. We had a heavy downpour on or first night which caused a slight issue with our room. The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room. "Stunning hotel in a perfect location. The staff are really friendly and look after you from the minute you arrive to leaving. Food is excellent we stayed in a superior room which was on the upper floor. Room was amazing very spacious and had use of the private pool. Has to rank among the best hotels we have visited."
