"We had an excellent experience from the moment we arrived until our departure. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The food options were fantastic, and while the beach was very hot in August—something we expected—the water provided a nice relief. I did anticipate that the sargassum would be cleaned up better, but it's hard to find any major complaints about the place otherwise. Our swim-up room was amazing, and the attached pool was mostly empty, only being used by neighboring guests. "We enjoyed the daily treats and drinks, the fresh towels and clean room that was done daily. We loved the pools and proximity tot he beach, the hammock on our balcony, the beautiful balcony table to watch the sun rise every morning, the view, the exotic feel with all the fauna. I also loved the automatic curtains. The staff was great as well as the food. Veronica was a gem.We loved our trip!"

"Staff was very attentive and very kind. Food was delicious. Room was spacious and beautiful. I do think that the entertainment area at Lupitas Lounge is too hot. No air can circulate in that area. We watched several entertainers there and each time there were guests that left before the show even started or left during the show because it was just too hot to sit there. "
