"Great location! Easy to explore Gaziantep on foot. Manager was extremely nice and helpful, made great suggestions, and helped us navigate parking (streets in old town are narrow). Gaziantep is doing a great job rebuilding after major earthquake damage. All the people are very friendly and welcoming to tourists. Highly recommend."

I think the management was not as flexible as them we wanted to get normal receipts for our payment and it took so long and very difficult to make. "On the first night of our stay, the receptionist kept calling us if we were going to show up because we were out late and hadn't checked in earlier. Overall the service was welcoming but the room was tighter than seen in the picture and just an ordinary room without anything. The bathroom floor became slippery after use and you could hardly walk without slipping. We stayed two nights but no room cleaning was done, we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for it rather than they supply. There...
