The apartment is located in the beautiful Lura 1 complex, a gated resort with 24/7 surveillance and maintenance. The area around is quiet and offers a lot of services to make your holidays as best possible. There is a supermarket in the center of the complex called Eco-Market. In front of the residences, there are green areas and a promenade to enjoy the evening walks. Along the promenade, there are different bars, restaurants, massage tents, playground for children, rental bicycles, etc..



This accommodation is positioned on the upper floor of a two-story building. The balcony makes a great atmosphere for late evenings and early mornings. It is nicely furnished and it has everything needed for a comfortable holiday.



The apartment is offered to guests use only. Our primary focus is to make them feel comfortable and relaxed in the cozy space.

During your stay in the apartment, please be careful to follow the resort's rules. The booked property is part of a resort, managed by a team, which is not part of our agency.

For violating the rules of well-being in the community, any action or measure that can be taken is in the competence of the resort management.

• The noise is prohibited in the late hours after 22:00.

• It is forbidden to drive a car with a speed higher than 20 km per hour.

• It is forbidden to throw waste on stairs or in common areas.
