Well located hotel near Ischia port

Well located hotel in Ischia near Port. Very outdated from the outside and currently being renovated. Our room was big and beautiful but noisy (we could hear neighbors like they were in our room). Needs full refreshment and will be perfect.

Nie wieder! Das Zimmer war schmutzig und alt/abgewohnt. Das Bett im besten Fall ein Campingbett. Das Personal an der Rezeption äußert unfreundlich. Beim Frühstück gab es nur eine ganz kleine Auswahl, es sah unappetitlich aus, Tauben liefen durch den Speisesaal.

Hôtel rapport qualité prix au top. La chambre 226 a été complètement restaurée et silencieuse. Le seul défaut est que ce l’adresse mentionnée par Hôtel.com et par Google n’est pas conforme ni le téléphone du coup nous avons tourné en rond un certain temps il est urgent d’y remédier

Fantastiske dager på Ischia 😎

Fantastisk opphold på ischia, selv om KLM ikke klarte å få frem bagasjen på 5 dager. Hotelbetjeningen var svært hjelpfulle med å kontakte currier, men ingen bagasje. Hotellet hadde en fantastisk sentral beliggenhet.

La struttura è stata recentemente in parte ristrutturata (piscina, locali comuni ed alcune stanze). La posizione è centrale vicino alla via principale di Ischia porto. Nel complesso un soggiorno positivo.

L'albergo è grande ed è situato in un pinto centrale di Ischia. Non lo consiglio per nulla per diversi motivi: 1) colazione: colazione peggiore che abbia mai visto. Ci sono 2 tipi di cornetti, uno alla crema (che non si sente, né si vede) ed uno vuoto; l'impasto è ottimo ma dì dolce non vedi altro se non un mini tortino (che una volta finito... ciaone). Chi l'ha preso, ok. Chi è arrivato tardi, non lo trova. Di salato non c'è praticamente nulla se non un pò di affettato (mortadella e formaggio) con pane talmente duro che sembra raffermo. 2) camere: la camera era grande, ma aveva molte pecche nelle rifiniture, la guarnizione della finestra era appesa, si sentiva ogni singolo rumore ed il letto cigolava. 3) reception: il signore con cui ho parlato era gentile, educato e per bene. Gli avrei messo 10 stelle fosse stato solo per lui. La signora che ci ha accolto invece stava sulle sue e ha cercato di spillarmi 12€ di parcheggio quando dopo le 18 potevo parcheggiare gratuitamente sulle strisce blu a 2 passi dell'hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato per cinque giorni presso la struttura. Siamo stati bene. Ci è piaciuta molto la zona dove è ubicata, la vicinanza con il mare, il panorama suggestivo, le principali attrazioni di Ischia Porto ad un passo e allo stesso tempo la tranquillità del posto. Ci torneremo e lo consigliamo.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione sufficiente, relativamente al prezzo e all'elevato numero di ospiti. Soggiornato dal 2 al 7 agosto 2023 nelle camere ristrutturate. Da segnalare l'attenzione al clente: le reti mediaset del televisore in camera non avevano il volume, dopo averlo riferito alla reception, di domenica pomeriggio il manutentore ha risolto il problema.

Chambre confortable mais bruyante, on entend clairement les gens dans le couloir. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas agréable, bondé, il faut faire la queue pour le café, peu de choix, une ambiance colonie de vacances. Pour avoir accès à la piscine il faut un bonnet, chose non mentionné par avance. La localisation est agréable car proche du port, du ferry et du château.
