"I didn’t expect to have to use stairs so that was surprising. My son carried luggage etc up to my room. A staff member kindly carried my suitcase etc down and put it in my car, appreciated!"

"la climatisation on ne peut pas ajuster la force de la ventilation c'est comme coucher à côté d'un moteur d'avion OUFF...... La pression de la douche est vraiment dangereuse c'est extrêmement fort ( attention aux jeunes enfants ) et tout d'un coup presque plus de pression et ça report de plus belle OUFF attention à vos yeux . Il n'a pas de place de rangement autant pour nos valise et non plus pour accrocher nos manteaux ou autres et aussi dans la chambre de bain on ne peut accrocher nos serviettes et la petite tablette au dessus du lavabo est tellement croche que nos objets tombent dans le lavabo . La chambre est très belle et propre mais le inconvénients gâchent le tout ."
